Vamos a Colorado cada dos meses y nos encantaría compartir nuestra casa mientras estamos fuera de la ciudad.

¡Buscando un alquiler de vacaciones impresionante en Keystone Colorado para el invierno / verano! Pues aquí está! Un hermoso condominio de 2. 5 dormitorios, a menos de una milla de The Keystone Slopes. Disfruta de las increíbles vistas desde cada habitación; hacia el este, vea Keystone u oeste hacia Gore Range y Buffalo Mountain. Capacidad para 7 personas más una cuna (esto no incluye la sala de estar), no mascotas, no fumadores de ningún tipo según nuestro HOA Ofrece diversión durante todo el año con patinaje sobre hielo, botes de remo, pesca, senderismo, ciclismo, fácil caminata al Centro de Conferencias Keystone y, por supuesto, ESQUÍ / Tubos más fáciles con el Keystone Shuttle, solo salga del lado y súbase al transporte gratuito. Perfect little family ski HQ

Property is very close the chair lifts, easy to access and cozy space. Me and my 3 kids took full advantage of the pool hot tub and fireplace at this property. It gave us the perfect setting to relax and recharge after long days on the mountain! Will def stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. The description was spot on. It was clean, and Megann, the host, was Jonny on the spot when we needed help or answered questions. There is a big indoor pool and hot tub, which we used every night. Keystone is a hop, skip, and a jump away. First-floor access is excellent, and we still have a balcony and view of the lake. Great time. Thank you!

Great location for a cozy mountain experience

We loved the fireplace and view of the mountain. The heated pool/hot tub/sauna, ice skating lake, and silver bus stop to skiing were just outside our door down the stairs. Plenty of parking right in front of condo. It was so quiet every night. Two very nice speed queen washers and dryers just steps out the front door. We have always stayed ski on ski out in the past, but this property may have changed our mind.... so peaceful, so easy to get to everything.

Keystone Stay

Overall it is a nice little place to stay. It’s close to Keystone Ski Resort. The pool and hot tub area were definitely a hit. Easy parking for one vehicle. The kitchen utensils could use some updating. Bring K-cups. The drip coffee pot was tiny. I think like 5 cups, and the handle was attached with duct tape. Bring your own pillows if you can. When we removed the bedding we were a bit surpassed to see dirty pillows. The fire place caused it to be more cold than warm, thankfully there was space heaters. The communication was great with Meghann.

Great Little place

Stayed for a long weekend with some High School Ski Buddies. There were 5 of us total. The place was well appointed and clean. The shuttle stop is less than a 3 min walk from the front door. The ride to the mountain was less than 5 mins. The shuttle back from the mountain takes about 15. Communication with the owner was always fast and friendly. My only heads up is the two bunks in the back hallway are a little short and not awesome for anything but kids. The owner let us know this prior to finally confirmation so we were aware. My two buddies who slept on them made it work.

Great place in a great spot!

We had a lovely long weekend with our two younger kids and teenage niece, the Condo was perfect for our group with a well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. A short walk to lakeside village which wasn’t fully open yet for the summer season but plenty of outdoor options and the pool/hot tub/sauna was a hit when the weather got chilly. The hosts were very accessible and quickly and generously dealt with a checkin issue that was outside of their control, we felt well taken care of. Highly recommend and the kids are already begging to go back!

Great location, great communication , cute place.

We had a great stay. However the unit was freezing cold. The fireplace flew was broken letting in super cold air. Otherwise, it was a great place. Close to the slopes, really good location.

AMAZING LOCATION AND SUPER COZY

This was my family and I’s first vacation to Colorado. The place was absolutely perfect! It felt very cozy and spacious and we loved every minute of it! Definitely will be staying here again!

Lovely Home away from Home

We enjoyed our time in this Montazuma Condo. It was quiet, we didn't hear the neighbors next to or above us. The beds were comfortable. The towels were quick dry bath sheets. The owners were responsive to all requests for information. We usually cook breakfast and dinner in the condo. I set the smoke alarm off cooking bacon. (Don't go above medium heat). Dinner was a challenge as there was only one medium sized mixing bowl and one small metal pan (not quite 13x9). (Along with one pizza tray and 2 cookie trays) The grocery store was out of disposable pans so I purchased a glass 11X7 pan. No strainer or anything to drain pasta. But the lid on the pan worked. The dishwasher was super quiet! It was great to have a real wood fire. We couldn't figure out how to close the flue so the room was cold when no fire. Chest of drawers but no closets in the bedrooms. There is a large closet just outside the "master" bedroom which worked well for us. The bunk beds in the hallway accommodated my six foot son. We used the washer and dryer. It was easy and convenient. We would stay here again.

We had a good time in spite

The apartment is comfortable but there is room for improvement like anything else, in my opinion. I give a 5 star to the communication with the owner, but unfortunately not to the property. The heater is not very effective as it is a baseboard heater and not a central heater.. I wasn’t aware. It could be that I missed that in the description when I booked. Several nights we were freezing with temps -10, feels like -24 per the weather channel. Thanks goodness I found 2 space heaters in the closet and that made a big improvement but not warm enough to my Florida blood and definitively not enough for the coldest days. We only had a small supply of wood available for the fireplace and for two days the HOA told the owner someone was coming but no one came, so that was another struggle to keep us warm. The guy that eventually came to deliver the wood was super nice and apologetic, and honestly between covid and everything else going on, we have to be grateful that he even showed up. We still had a good time and didn’t let these inconveniences bother us much and grabbed the comforters from the beds to keep us warm, but there were also little things that prevent me from giving a 5 stars, such as the dumper of the fireplace was broken and I had to open and close it by hand, there was not parking permit but signs all over saying you needed it to park there. Granted we didn’t have a problem and it was a prior guest that took it according to owner, but it made me nervous to be towed the whole week. There is also only one TV and having teens and with 2 days of winter storm, it would’ve been nicer to have an extra TV in the master bedroom so we could have a little bit of a choice when we were at the property. There were several other minor things broken or malfunctioning or light bulbs out that were not a deal breaker but there were not for a 5 star property. Also, it would be nice if the owner adds an actual photo of the view instead of a reference photo of the ice rink closeby, since that is not the view. Overall it was good and we had a great time in spite of the step backs. It’s not my kind of apartment and stay, but it was ok. Again 5+ to the owner for trying her best. I am sure she’ll correct some of the issued so it doesn’t happen again. We are still grateful for our stay and thank the owner for sharing it.

Thanks again for staying with us, we enjoyed hosting you. I’m sorry you had some issues with your visit, but let me try to address some of these as I think we’ve only ever had 5 star reviews: - Heaters – there is nothing wrong with our heaters. As you mentioned, we learned that a previous renter had broken the flue damper, which was letting -24 air into the unit. I’m sorry this was broken during your stay, but it has been fixed (we did this as fast as possible) and no longer a problem. Additionally, we have multiple back-up space heaters in case anyone needs additional heat. - Wood – Yes, we provide complimentary wood for our visitors and as soon as you let us know you were out we tried to get more wood there asap. Our normal wood delivery guy sustained an injury and was unable to deliver within 24 hours. Our HOA manager did go out of his way to get wood there as soon as possible. We always try to get wood delivered within 24 hours, but apologize for this inconvenience. - Parking – As I mentioned, there would be no issues with parking and the pass is being replaced. - View – Our property is at Lake Keystone and our balcony does overlook Lake Keystone and has spectacular mountain views. Additionally, property pool house and deck are directly on the lake. The picture referenced is a commercial picture of the lake during the winter time and not intended to be a picture from the balcony. Thanks again for your feedback and staying with us, we did get those issues fixed and hope to host you again soon!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

This condo had an ideal layout where every room had its own space! I really enjoyed the kitchen being a premier space looking over the living room. No matter who was cooking dinner everyone was included in conversations and watching football games. The condo was positioned beautifully to catch the bus to the slopes and a quick walk to the pool/hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the blankets were soft! Thank you for a wonderful weekend escape!

Perfect condo!

This was the perfect place to stay for our family ski trip with 3 kids (9,7 & 5). You can’t beat the location, it was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Meghann was so helpful when we needed some travel advice. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Ski Trip

This Keystone Condo met all of our needs. We had our family of 5 (kids 18,16,9) everyone had enough space to relax after skiing. The kitchen had everything needed for quick family meals. The location was perfect! Short walk down the back stairs gets you access to the ski shuttle pick up, the pool and hot tub, and easy access to the walking path to the lodge for skating. Quick 5 minute car ride gets you right into downtown Keystone where there are many cute shops and great little restaurants. Only negative was all the sounds from the neighbors. It’s an older building that has been nicely updated! Excellent spot with easy access.

We couldn’t have gotten a better place to stay. Perfect views. Comfortable living, walking to shops and scenic views with a bunch of activities to do. I would definitely stay here again. Absolutely perfect in every way. Made out Colorado vacation feel like we were at home
