Moraio consists of two floors and a third floor, large elegantly decorated rooms, one of which is characterized by a large window overlooking the garden. A large covered and furnished roof terrace allows you to dine while watching the sun set behind the hills next to the beautiful pool. With the two covered porches and a wood oven, which takes you back in time, there is a perfect balance of space to live in contact with nature and really get away from the hectic life of today. You savor the pleasures of life in a 'thin atmosphere to distant horizons.
Independent residence with 10 beds.
Moraio is part of a large estate with over 1000 olive trees nestled in the Umbrian countryside; within the estate there are three farmhouses: Moraio, Noce and Rose. The houses are totally independent and the presence of vegetation and hedges ensure the privacy of each villa.
Ground floor large living room with fireplace, large kitchen with fireplace, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker 'with waffles and American, naturalized water, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower. On the first floor kitchen / living room, three double bedrooms with bathroom with shower, large loft with double bed and leaving the area.

Guests of the house can enjoy, in addition to the exclusive use of the pool, even in the spa (extra charge applies). The spa is equipped with windows that allow maximum penetration of the sun's rays, and a large garden where guests can relax. In summer months, guests can relax in any case within the center thanks to the air conditioning. The center is equipped with a large Jacuzzi, a sauna and turkish bath and finally the gym for sports enthusiasts. Access to the spa is for the exclusive use for guests: on arrival guests will receive a preset program where every house has access to the wellness center at predetermined time periods and as a result they use so exclusive and private.

Dinners by candlelight in the house, cook, food and wine tours in the manufacturers of pork and wine, cooking classes, spa with sauna, turkish bath, jacuzzi, massage chair and fitness room, covered parking.
On request it is possible to rent Road Bikes in carbon, E-bikes (with motor on the pedals), trekking bikes and bicycles for children as well as different types of trailers (also for animals). From the Casali there are at least two itineraries that can be traveled by bicycle. It is possible to combine the bike tour with wine tours.
Possibility to organize visits to the beautiful cities of Assisi, Perugia, Spello, Gubbio, Spoleto and many other villages, such as the pretty village of Rasiglia, near Foligno.
Possibility to participate in organized truffle searches (Truffle Hunting).
