ALQUILER A LA SEMANA - VACACIONES EN FAMILIA - HASTA 24 PERS. - 3 CASAS RURALES

“Il Belpoggio Su Todi" (que significa "La hermosa colina sobre Todi" - un nombre que subraya la vista aérea que se puede disfrutar sobre Todi y el campo alrededor) es una pequeña aldea rodeada por un jardín en terrazas, un olivar, un bosque y una vista impresionante.

Fue renovado por completo recientemente, salvaguardando la arquitectura típica de Umbría y usando materiales locales como suelos de terracota, piedra aparente en los muros exteriores o tejas antiguas en los tejados.

Cada detalle le permitirá disfrutar de la cálida experiencia de una casa de campo italiana con todas las comodidades, incluida una espectacular piscina infinita en la que podrá refrescarse durante el verano.

1) VILLA GRANDE (GV)

Il Casale Grande (Villa Grande) es una villa de 340 metros cuadrados, con dos plantas y capacidad para 9 personas.

Encontrará un hermoso salón-comedor de 120 metros cuadrados donde relajarse, comer todos juntos o leer ante la monumental chimenea.

Disfrutará de una típica cocina de piedra de Umbría, de 30 metros cuadrados, totalmente equipada, con su propia chimenea.

Los dormitorios están todos en la primera planta y se dividen de la siguiente manera:
- 3 dormitorios dobles completos, todos con baño privado,
- 1 dormitorio doble con baño (+ 1 habitación individual contigua).

También dispone de un pequeño salón entre los dormitorios.

2) VILLA PEQUEÑA (SV)

Casa con características muy similares a las del Casale Grande, sólo que más pequeña.
Los dormitorios están todos en la segunda planta y se dividen de la siguiente manera:
- 3 dormitorios dobles,
- 1 dormitorio individual
- 2 cuartos de baño (+ 1 en la planta baja)

En la planta baja, además del cuarto de baño, se encuentran el salón con su chimenea, el comedor y la cocina también con una chimenea.

3) ALA OESTE (WW)

Es contigua a la Gran Villa y se encuentra en la primera y segunda planta.

Incluye:
- 4 dormitorios dobles,
- 2 cuartos de baño,
- una cocina con balcón panorámico,
- un comedor/sala de estar con una chimenea.

Perfect location for a friends & family 50th birthday celebration week. Stunning views, comfortable bedrooms and plenty of communal areas for dining and relaxation. Federico is a fantastic host and we took advantage of his recommendations for private chefs and local dining/grocery shopping options. Todi is a stunning hilltop town with great dining options. The EMI supermarket, about 12 minutes drive is ideal for all your grocery and beverage needs.The pool was large and immaculate and we took full advantage.We are already planning a return visit.

Gorgeous Home, Unforgettable Views

Our large group of family and friends loved our stay. Even with spotty weather (Spring rains) we were either cozy or basking in the sun by the pool. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, thoughtful host….we loved this spot. Todi was wonderful too - very few tourists and lots of places to eat. This is our 4th villa stay and this is now one of our very favorites!

Bel Poggio Su Todi was Wonderful

My family and I stayed at the property for one month. Our children came and went, staying at different times with us. The property had plenty of room for 20 people. It was a beautiful property and the scenery was fantastic. The children enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed watching them. It was a great base for visiting towns in the area. Federico arranged for the preparation of a meal by Laura Zaffarami and her crew, and they did a wonderful job. We would recommend the villa to anyone.

We spent a magical week with our family of 16 at Il Belpoggio Su Todi, enjoying the spacious homes and large rooms with their wonderful views.The shared spaces are comfortable and roomy.The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing us to prepare excellent meals for the family.We loved sitting outside, soaking in the scenery, and refreshing ourselves in the beautiful pool.Although we had planned many excursions, it was so pleasant at the house that we spent most of our time there.The trip to the city for shopping was easy, with a wide selection available.Federico was attentive and kind, meeting us upon arrival and helping with any questions, including making restaurant reservations.We highly recommend this place.

Gorgeous villa and amazing host

Belpoggio was a gorgeous villa with a stunning view. It was clean, easy to get to town, the store and for vendors to find. The host, Federico, was super friendly, helpful, responsive and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, the pool was clean and a beautiful blue, and I can’t wait to stay again! Highly recommend!

This house is unbelievable - far better in person than in photograph.

The entire property is magnificent, as is the hospitality of the hosts. The place is far more extensive, well appointed, comfortable and beautiful in person than could be captured in photo. One of the most extraordinary places I have stayed in a long time.

Spectacular

22 friends and family spent a magical 10 days in this beautiful location. Well equipped and very comfortable. The pool was a godsend. Would be fantastic if more ac available in lounge areas and larger fridge/ freezer in the grand Vila but other than these points I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here

Summer vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. From the very beginning of booking, Federico was very helpful with information and guidance. What an absolutely idyllic place to spend a week! We were 5 families; 10 adults and 11 kids between the ages of 2-10. We had TONS of space; we congregated for dinner at the main kitchen, but the multiple villas and kitchens allowed for extra food storage and calmer breakfasts/lunches. The pool was lovely - unheated, but kids didn't care! The views were spectacular. It was so quiet and peaceful. Federico (host) was incredibly responsive and helpful. He spent a couple of nights on the property, but he was respectful of our space and only came around if we called him to come help with anything. And the nearby town of Todi was utterly charming and convenient.

Summer vacation 2023 - memories for life

We were 4 groups of close friends with children staying 9 amazing days at Il Belpoggio Su Todi. I highly recommend these beautiful villas. The view was spectacular and the villas very spacious, clean and well maintained. Todi is also a good choice if you want to explore both Umbria and Tuscany. We want to come back! Family Vacation

Wedding in Todi

I knew this place was special as soon as I saw the listing. I stayed here with my family and friends for my wedding, which was also hosted at the property. The pictures truly don’t do this place justice, the view and serenity of the place are unmatched. Federico was excellent to communicate with and I had MANY questions throughout the process. The most perfect wedding week

We had the most beautiful wedding week at Federico’s home. We had 22 of our family members come and celebrate our wedding with us. The home was so spacious and comfy for everyone. Federico got us in contact with his favorite wedding vendors and they were all amazing. The pictures don’t do the proper justice! The town Todi itself is so lively with the best food and drinks. I would stay here again no doubt in the future. We had the most magical wedding celebration and our family can’t stop talking about it. Thank you Federico!

Wonderful Property and Host

This property is fantastic! Well situated in a quiet country setting, but convenient to shops and restaurants, you will not be disappointed. The houses were overall very clean and in great condition, though there were a few cobwebs lingering here and there. As the first renters of the season this was not alarming. Federico is an excellent host, and his communication is excellent. Paying additionally for gas and electric was however a surprise, but relative to the cost of rental it was insignificant. Highly recommend!

First of all, thank you Michael for your kind words and for your honest feedback, it was a pleasure meeting you all and we are looking forward to welcoming you in the near future! For our future guests, please be reassured that a few cobwebs are a sign that you are coming to a countryside that still keeps its natural equilibrium, thus when the good season starts, the tiny spiders we have here become relentless workers! As for energy: although it's the first time it appears that we overlooked this matter in our communication, Michael's feedback makes me think we have to better underline this additional aspect. Unfortunately energy costs in Italy are way higher than in most countries our guests come from, in addition to the fact that our property is not connected to the national gas grid (we are too far from it in the countryside), thus we have to rely on liquid gas, that is sensibly more expensive. Please bear in mind: gas is due only for heating purposes (not for cooking), thus only in case the temperatures are unexpectedly low for the season, as it happened in May 2019, or during winter time; Electricity usually accounts around 100 Euros/week, unless keeping light bulbs and Air Conditioning on 24/7. Il Belpoggio -- beyond expectations!

We had 13 people in our party, ranging from age 3 to 60, and Il Belpoggio was the perfect spot. The drive from the Rome airport is beautiful! The property is truly stunning. It looks beautiful in the pictures but the pictures just don't capture the amazing beauty of the area. We spent a week here and cooked in the kitchen most nights. It was a very well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The living area is massive yet cozy. Federico was attentive before, during and after our visit, providing us with restaurants, chefs, information about the area, and following up on things left behind. We give this place a solid 5 stars!

Perfection!

This was without doubt the best place we've ever vacationed. The villas are superbly located with a magnificent view of the hilltop town of Todi - a view we never tired of looking at. They are beautifully appointed, and a delight to spend time in. Really, there was nothing we could have wanted that was not provided. Communication with our host, Federico, was perfect and he could not have been more helpful, with recommendations for other places to stay in Italy, and to visit locally. He even arranged a birthday cake for one of our party on our first night. We had a wonderful time at Belpoggio Su Todi and look forward to returning one day. Thank you Federico.

Beautiful and relaxing

We had a wonderful time at Federico place. The house and complex are amazing, the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable and the kitchen is really well equipped. We went there with our large family and everyone (age range from 12 to 90!) was happy and pleased about our choice. The house is situated on a quiet hill with breathtaking views toward Todi and the surrounding landscape. The pool was super clean and refreshing. Federico had everything organized and set up when we arrived. The house and it's organisation (rubbish disposal, electricity, appliances....) was easy to understand. All was very well organised. We would love to come back! Thank you for everything, Federico. :)

Beautiful and marvelous villa and property!

This place is really beautiful! The buildings are renovated farmhouses, with fully equipped kitchens and rooms. We were 8 couples spending vacation together, and there was more than enough space for all. We all had separate bedrooms with double beds, and there was plenty of space for all to sit together during breakfast, lunch and dinner, both inside and outside. Lovely outdoor areas with a large infinity pool. Availability of new sunbeds and also a pergola where we could enjoy both the sun and the availability of some shade during the hot and sunny days. Il Belpoggio Su Todi is strategically located, with only a short drive to Todi city centre. Very convenient. We also had some great walkabouts in the area around the villa, around the green hills with olive trees and beautiful views. The owner of the property was really nice and very service minded. Idealic, centrally located villa with beautiful views

I have visited Italy 3 times in the last 5 years. We have rented 4 villas. This is a wonderful property! Siamo rimasti li per 10 giorni. (10 day stay-3 generations, 10 -people). We rented all 3 homes. Federico was an extremely gracious host, solicitous, but respectful of our privacy. He stayed 1 night when we checked in and was available when needed him but otherwise let us enjoy our time together. Todi is a great location. The town has surprisingly good restaurants. The property is in the hills of Umbria but groceries, 2 cafes and the city of Todi were all within a 12 minutes drive. We took 6 day trips, Spoleto, Spello, Orvieto, Gubbio, Assisi and Perugia. All were less than 1 hour’s drive. Rome airport was 1 hour 45 minutes. The pool is great. The houses are immaculate and well appointed. The views are to die for. They are all air conditioned but the temperatures at night in the hills made it mostly unnecessary. I fully recommend the property. I hesitated to review it as its a bit too precious to share.
