Loved this unit. Worth having beach club parking access and close to the pool. Kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated having use of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys, etc. Thank you for having us.

Home was clean and great fit for family. Great location. Bring mosquito repellent. Only negative was the rudeness of other homeowners at fitness center.

Yes, there are mosquitoes sometimes - and so tiny you almost don't see them! We usually have a stock of repellent. I apologize on behalf of the other users of the fitness center.

We had a great stay at this house. I was so impressed with how well stocked it was with supplies - everything from sunscreen to shampoo, coffee and spices - it was really like being in a home - not a rental. There were plenty of beach things including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, kids stuff, snorkeling gear and large ice packs in the freezer ready to go. The house was large and comfortable and homey. There were games, books, puzzles - and cable tv! The property is great with fantastic amenities including a pool, gym (which we used a couple of times), and access to one of the best beaches on the island. This house had everything we needed for our trip - a big thank you to Caroline!

Great location!

Great location halfway between Hapuna and the Waikoloa Village. Grocery store, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Mauna Lani Beach Club and 49 Black Sand Beach (both great snorkeling) 5 minute drives away. The pool is a great place to end the day!

Lovely home

Our family of four appreciated this spacious, comfortable home in Mauna Lani. The location is great, we walked to petroglyph park and the beach every morning where we frequently saw turtles. Our kids loved the pool and beach club. There is excellent snorkeling off the beach. It was a good base for day outings and we had a fun, relaxing vacation.

Beautiful and private condo

This was an excellent condo for our three-generation family of 6. The host was helpful and responsive, the kitchen was well-equipped, and we enjoyed the quiet privacy of the patio where we ate almost all our meals. We hope to stay here again.

Great Location

Have stayed at The Fairways many times, and this is one of the best floor plans. Main floor MBR with 2 bedrooms upstairs. Convenient to pool and facilities. Highly recommend!

Graduation trip

We had a wonderful stay, the kitchen was fully equipt with everything we needed. It was spacious and accommodated 2 families and three adult children. There were 7 of us in total. Lots of beach chairs, towels, snorkel sets and boogie boards, even coolers! We would definitely like to visit there again! The pool was very close to the room, you could see part of it from the patio. The beaches were fantastic, especially the black sand beach on the property for snorkeling!
