Location, Location, Location with affordable Luxury! You will love staying at our beautiful and well maintain luxury second floor condo at the Palm Villas in the Mauna Lani Resort. Palm Villas is a privately gated, small complex centrally located in the heart of the Mauna Lani Resort. Overlooking the Historical Preservation Area with wonderful sunsets and an ocean view in the distance. Palm Villas has a resort style waterfall Pool and Hot Tub for swimming, sunbathing and relaxing. It also has a Clubhouse containing Fitness Facility and outdoor gas grill all among tropical landscaping short distance from our place. A 12-minute leisure walk on a trail to the royal fishponds and private Mauna Lani Beach Club or a few minutes drive to the private beach club. You will have Owners Beach Club card that will provide you access to special parking privileges and steps to the Beach Club which you will have access to complimentary cabana and chaise lounge beach chairs with wonderful snorkeling, white sand beach and calm waves. You can enjoy watching the whales in season, or the large sea turtles coming ashore to bask in sun. Enjoy lunch, snacks and drinks at the Napua Café/Restaurant.

Our Hawaiian Plantation style condo has everything you need. Open spacious living area with vaulted ceilings and gourmet kitchen with designer cabinets, granite countertops and updated appliances. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and more to cook every meal imaginable. Dining room has a bamboo dining table that seats six comfortable for a family meal. The private lanai with its great view has a built-in outdoor gas grill with hood and wet bar with nice table to enjoy meals or just relaxing.

The condo sleeps 6 very comfortably with King Size bed, Queen Size bed and two twin beds. The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable King Bed with en-suite master bath with over sized soaking tub plus a separate shower with double sinks and a walk-in closet. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share the second bath with a shower/tub combination. All rooms have ceiling fans to take advantage of the tropical breeze and there is also Central Air available in the condo.

For your excursions we have great containers to pack lunches and snacks and coolers and ice packs to keep them cool. We have beach chairs and umbrella along with snorkel gear, boogie boards and noodles. Rental includes everything you need including washer and drying along with detergent.

A short walk or drive to the Shops at Mauna Lani, containing the Tommy Bahamas Cafe, and a wide variety of other restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and an ice-cream shop and other Hawaiian activities too.

We have wireless high speed Internet, cable television and unlimited long distance (USA/Canada).

Condo was tested for Mold on January 10, 2024, and the test came back negative for mold. The condo has never had a mold issue in its history. The review by the person is false and was done to slander me. Please view my response to the negative review.
