Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Return the Clubhouse Pass keychain to the key rack by the frontdoor.
Set all three mini-split units to heat at 65 degrees (Oct - May) or off (June - Spet).
Gather used linens and towels in the downstairs and/or upstairs bathrooms.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

What a lovely condo! From the positive communication from the hosts to the comfort of the beds, the cleanliness of the condo to the Christmas tree for the holiday! Everything was wonderful! It was also nice to be close enough to canyon Village that we were able to walk. Thank you and we will for sure come back!

We love going to Park City anytime of year to hike, fish, or snow ski . We’re always looking for a good place to stay, and this is one of the best we’ve found! We really enjoyed staying at this beautifully decorated, newly furnished condo! The living area was comfortable and cozy with a nice large TV and fireplace. We even enjoyed having a second TV in the master bedroom.The beds are very comfortable with several beds in the upstairs rooms. The kitchen is so well-equipped having everything we needed for cooking for the family. The cookware was so nice, it has inspired us to upgrade our cookware at home:) There was a well stocked spice rack in the cupboard. I love it when owners think of those details. There is plenty of room to store ski gear and suitcases, too.We were able to enjoy opening weekend for the ski season. The location is perfect as there is a free shuttle right from our parking lot to Canyon Village to shops, restaurants & the Ski Slopes. We also enjoyed the short walk from the village to the condo.Wycliffe was so friendly, helpful and prompt to respond with any questions when I messaged them. We will definitely be staying here again!

This is a great property if you want to ski Canyons or Park City. We walked everywhere. Communication with the home owner was great! Stairs are a little steep, so be careful going up and down, but other than that it was awesome. Would stay here again!
