- STRICTLY forbidden to smoke in the apartment, even with open windows (50 euro fee)
- I will need your ID (EU citizens) or PASSPORT (non EU citizens) at your arrival cause according to Italian law n. 214/2011, the stay of not resident people has to be communicated to local authorities for security reason.
- Tourist tax of 5,5 euro per person per night has to be payed in cash upon arrival
- There is a locked key that forces you to TURN OFF lights and air conditioning (that cools and warms up the apartment) when you are not at home. (washing machine keeps working)
- Forbidden to make noise in the stairs or in the apartment from 11 pm to 7 am
- Breaking or loosing a key has a penalty of 40 euro
- Oil to cook is not furnished
