Watch the sunset from the spacious patio, take a dip in the sea or lounge next to a communal pool - it's all about taking it easy in Cyprus! This 1-bedroomed apartment is conveniently located across the road from the beach, is on a bus route and is within walking distance to restaurants, a large grocery store and local tavernas.

The Space:
The large patio with 180 degree sea views makes this apartment an ideal place for you to recharge; and of course watch the magnificent sunsets. The spacious interior in the living areas gives a sense of comfort and style; and the aircon throughout makes it an ideal place to retreat to on hot summer days.

Guest Access:
You have full use of the entire apartment, and you can easily access the communal pool within a short 3 minutes walk.
We have sun loungers available in the apartment for you to use buy the pool.

Getting Around:
King's Palace is on a bus route (615) from the main terminus; and it is easy to get around. Taking the bus back to the Harbour terminus gives you access to other buses going around Paphos. If you continue with the 615, it will take you to Coral Bay.

Other Things to Note:
Pool rules:
1. There is no lifeguard or fence around the pool, so use of the pool is entirely at your own risk.
2. Opening hours: the pool is only open from 8AM until 7PM – absolutely no entry to the pool is allowed outside of these times.
3. NO GLASS, CERAMICS OR SHARP OBJECTS are allowed around the pool – plastic containers only.
4. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION (AGE 18+)
5. Appropriate swimwear must be worn by all swimmers – particularly young children and babies. Swimming nappies MUST be worn at ALL times by babies.
