Place was clean and stocked with what we needed. Very accommodating with pets and the gym was great! Location was very convenient to all the shops and restaurants. Walls are a little thin so you can hear people above but otherwise it was great!

PROs: Overall the apartment was clean with nice finishes, comfortable beds and located in a convenient location. It was a good size for 2 guests and we enjoyed the nice pool area.CONs: The access instructions weren't provided until the day of arrival which caused undue stress when technical difficulties blocked the receipt of the message. It would be beneficial for renters to be able to print the details the day prior to rental and travel to facilitate easy access. The numbered parking spaces are illegible which also caused frustration. Although a code was provided for unlocking the unit door, no instructions were provided for locking it; therefore, our belongings were unsecured for the first 4 days of our stay. Paper products provided were scarce: no tissues, limited rolls of toilet paper, and only "1" trash bag (for a 10-day stay). Unit overlooked Fruitville Rd where morning traffic noise was disruptive to sleep.

Abby was a super host. She always answered my calls and was extremely helpful. My sister's flight was delayed and she let my sister stay a bit longer until my sister could make other arrangements.

Good location.There was an issue with the hall bathrooms toilet and the garbage disposal button was sticking.The apartment was clean and pretty.

Great location and solid layout

The apartment and complex we well designed and well maintained. Underground parking was easy to access and the elevator up to our floor was very close. Also appreciated the carts which made it easy to unload Rooms were large and HVAC worked well. The only minor issue was the kitchen sink disposal which dis not work well. All in all a good experience.and load.
