Fantastisk hytte, der grænser op til Glacier National Park and River på 9 Acres !!!

Denne unikke ejendom består af 9 tre-hektar langs den midtre gaffel af Flathead-floden, der grænser op til Glacier National Park. Vi er placeret mellem West Glacier og East Glacier, så der er god adgang til begge indgange til Glacier National Park. Denne hytte blev afsluttet i 2018 og er klar til 2019 bookinger !!!! Slap af på dækket om dagen og nyd en ildgrube om aftenen. En stejlere sti ned ad bakken fører dig til floden, hvor der er et stort strandområde og nogle fantastiske fiskehuller.
Hjemmets bekvemmeligheder består af et fuldt udstyret køkken med det grundlæggende, pejs, WIFI (anbringelse nedenfor), gas-grill, pejs (vedligeholdt brænde) udendørs bord og græsplæne stole. Hvis du leder efter en flugt fra skarer, et praktisk sted at udforske Glacier National Park og et smukt sted at bo, skal du ikke lede længere.
Vi er 24 miles fra indgangen til West Glacier Park og 35 miles fra indgangen til East Glacier Park. En anden bonus er, at på den anden side af vores ejendom kigger vi direkte ind i Great Bear Wilderness, hvor der er endnu flere stier at udforske!
Der er en anden hytte på ejendommen, som kan besættes under dit ophold. Hytterne er ikke inden for synets synspunkt, så du vil stadig have masser af privatlivets fred.

Relaxing

Very nice Property! We had the property to ourselves for the time we were there. Fire pit outside was Great. Seen a doe in the back yard! The advertised rope stairs to the Flathead river didn't have rope all the way down to the bottom. It could be dangerous. We went down to see the view but decided to not go back down because we felt it was unsafe with the way it was roped. Overall it was one of the best places we have ever stayed. We would definitely go back !!!

Bucket List Vacation

Clean, well stocked, Susan went above and beyond her postition as Hostess! Was a great getaway cabin. Quick access to East and West Glacier. Loved our stay and would HIGHLY recommend this property!

Getaway

The cabin was amazing. It was clean and cozy and exactly what we needed. Susan was great at communicating with us and was easy to work with. It was the perfect getaway to see Glacier!

Wonderful Cabin

The cabin was the perfect size, in a great location between East and West Glacier entrances, private, clean, well appointed, and all of the above great. Internet worked great, furnished nicely, basic necessities were already provided. Communication was excellent! We had a wonderful week here and would highly recommend!

Perfect in every way!

We had the absolute best stay at this beautiful cabin that’s located halfway between the East and West Entrances to Glacier National Park. The cabin is impeccably stocked and decorated to create the perfect spot to relax after a long day at the Park or spend the day down by the river behind the property. The host was fabulous with constant communication and recommendations..Book it today if available!

Perfect little cabin

We stayed at the one bedroom cabin on the property. It was beautiful inside and had everything we needed to cook meals in and was a great little place to relax in the evenings. Susan was a great host and very responsive. Definitely will stay here again.

Excellent place to experience glacier park!

The house was under one and a half hours from every entrance in Glacier park. It made it very convenient to access all three entrances to the park, which we did. The house itself was an amazing condition, very clean, very secluded, and had everything we needed for our trip. The owners were very responsive, and very helpful throughout our entire stay. Would definitely recommend 100%.

Wonderful

We stayed here for our honeymoon and we fell in love with this place. The cabin was beautiful and sparkly clean, and the property with the river is beautiful. The cabin was very well stocked also. Sue was so easy to communicate with, we loved our time here and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful spot to enjoy Glacier!

Had a fabulous time at this cabin!! Loved that it was easy to launch into the East or West side of the park. The cabin was extremely well-appointed - kitchen was well set up, and the gas stove and mini split AC kept it comfortable inside no matter what the Montana weather decided to do! I will say that the steps down to the river are an adventure - using hiking poles made me more comfortable. Totally worth the trip though!! Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect

We fell upon this little gem and are so happy we found it. It was the perfect base camp for exploring Glacier and other spots outside the park. Property owners are fabulous and could not have been more helpful. House was well-stocked and so comfortable. We will be back!

Beautiful Cabin near Glacier! 🏔️

We loved staying in this beautiful cabin! The location to both the east and west entrances of GNP was perfect! The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Wonderful

The cabin has everything you would ever need for a getaway and is located perfectly for access between East and West Glacier NP. Going to the Sun Road was not yet fully opened during our stay so this made it more convenient. The cabin is well stocked, very clean, and Sue is absolutely fantastic and quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this cabin and would stay here again.

Paradise

This lovely property had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The setting is just beautiful and inside the cabin is lovely as well. We had to tear ourselves away to head out for our daily hikes! The view from the living room window is mesmerizing. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. Owner is very responsive and helpful 😀.

The Perfect Retreat

My wife and I were traveling to Glacier National Park for a summer vacation. Everything about our stay here exceeded our expectations. The cabin was clean, cozy and well stocked with everything you’d need to feel at home. Sue’s communication before and during our trip made it clear that she truly cares about her guest’s experience and comfort. 10/10. We will be returning. -Steve

Summer getaway

This cabin was perfect for a reset. It’s in a great location between west and east entrances to Glacier NP, and it was right next to the river for any kayaking/rafting activities and borders the National Forest across the road with more hiking opportunities. The cabin itself was fully stocked/furnished, cozy yet modern, and extremely clean. Sue was easy to get ahold of and extremely kind and hospitable. She happened to be staying in the main cabin on the property while we were there and was so nice to come introduce herself to us and chat with us. She made sure we had everything we needed for this stay! My only complaint was that the cabin doesn’t have air conditioning, but the nights cool off fairly quickly so it wasn’t a big issue by any means!

simply the BEST

If you are visiting Glacier National Park this is an ideal location for the start of your adventures. Located half way between the West and East entrances of the park makes for a great spot for all the hikes and drives. The property is absolutely gorgeous. Situated right on the Middle Branch of the Flathead River with NP land across the river from you gives you peace and tranquility after a day's hike. My husband fly fished every late afternoon/evening with much success. No neighbors, no noise, just the river and trees. The cabin itself is perfect, beautifully furnished, comfy king sized bed, kitchen has everything you need, grill and fire pit for late night s'mores. Sue is very responsive to messages and I could truly tell she wanted to make sure everything was absolutely perfect for our stay. This is our second stay here and we literally booked our trip around the availability of this rental. Thanks again Sue, for sharing this beautiful spot with us. We had a fabulous time.

A little slice of heaven

My wife and I stayed here the end of August when the Glacier fires were going strong and some of the park was shut down. It was sweet serendipity that we spent more time around this acreage than we would have - the simplest compliment I can give the owners is that "many of our most memorable times issue from the hands of generous strangers". We spent some very precious times down the hill on the river. We saw two whitetail bucks on hind legs boxing each other. An eagle flew up the river valley looking for a meal. I soaked up the sunshine on the front patio while readying my fly rod for the next attempt to hook into Montana's state fish, the Westslope cutthroat trout or even a Bull trout, only a mere minutes down the hill. The privacy part was well thought out, making use of a thick stand of pines between the two homes. Even so, consider your self fortunate to meet the owners if they are there - they treated us so special we count them as yet another set of Canadian friends that might have me rooting for the Maple leaf 2nd to the US in the next Olympics. The cabin is cozy perfect for a couple. My wife stated what I was thinking on the last evening - "I feel so comfortable here, like it's mine". It is my new benchmark for any rental.

Peaceful escape at Glacier

The location is just far enough away from the busy West Glacier area for privacy and quiet, but close enough for a short drive to the West Entrance. It is a great place to wind down. Sue was a wonderful host. She kept in contact to make sure we didn’t need anything. She showed us where to pick wild huckleberries. We didn’t make it all the way down the steps to the river, but took a walk along the edge of the ridge to check it out. Highly recommend Sue and the cabin for a nice couples escape from the tourists and rest from the day of long hikes. The cabin was very well stocked and had everything we needed.

Away from it all

This cabin provides great access to Glacier NP (both entrances) as well as peace and quiet. It is a distance from anything substantial so bring your own groceries as there is a lovely kitchen to prepare meals. This is a great getaway and place to unwind. we enjoyed the BBQ, coffee on the patio, and the fun movie selection at night. We did not go down to the river but know this was an amenity. Clean, well equipped and ready for outdoor adventures.

Hidden Treasure

Beautiful little cabin in the woods. Everything we could have asked for in our stay near Glacier NP. House was clean and decorated lovely and homey. Plenty of supplies including bear spray! Great location too central to both sides of the park. Sue was a wonderful host with great communication to make sure our stay was comfortable and fun!

AMAZING cabin and location to Glacier National Park!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cabin and property. Everything was so clean and the cabin was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking supplies. We met Leah (one of the owners) when we first arrived and she gave us lots of great Glacier National Park recommendations. The drive to the park was very easy and beautiful from the cabin! We used the fire pit and grill. The last evening we went down to the river by the cabin and fished and had a picnic! Could not recommend this cabin more!! AMAZING location and beautiful property!

PERFECT!

This is the perfect cabin! It’s very thoughtfully designed, with high-end appointments and simple elegance in decor. It has everything you need for your stay. We loved the private wooded lot and the smell of pine trees, we used the firepit nightly, and walked down to the river below to fish. There is another house in the property but they are completely private from the cabin. The owners Sue and Leah are wonderful…great tips on everything from renting the car early to where to park for good hikes in the park. We will be back… and will look forward to staying at this cabin again!

We're from Canada and we bought this property after years of searching for the perfect spot, well we found it!! We come down to Montana a fair bit but decided to share it with others as we can't be down here on a full time basis.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

I first discovered this spot as a teenager when my dad used to take me rafting on the Middle Fork of the Flathead. There is something magical about this place and if you've ever been to this area I'm sure you would agree. We love to hike, fish and raft in the summer and snowshoe in the winter. This is our year round playground!! The mountains, wildlife and endless activities you can do are at your fingertips.

Location location location. You'll find very few properties that are on the Middle Fork of the Flathead which borders Glacier National Park. We are 24 miles from the West Glacier Park Entrance and 35 miles from the East Glacier Park entrance. There area also hundreds of thousands of acres of Great Bear Wilderness directly across the highway so you can pick your playground!!
