Ma'alaea Surf, Unit G4 is a conveniently located ground floor unit, just steps away from the large pool. This warm luxurious unit features a recently upgraded fully furnished kitchen, large master suite with King size bed and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. This condo features everything including central AC, Wi-Fi, TV, 2 outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts, convenient parking, BBQ areas and washer/dryers onsite located in guest laundry rooms on property.

Enjoy ocean front outdoor living on your large private patio (lanai) with enough seating for four. The beautiful beaches fronting the property offers not only spectacular views but also outstanding swimming, snorkeling and kayaking and are perfect for leisurely walks or jogging. The maximum occupancy in this unit is 4. All units at the Maalaea Surf are non-smoking.

Our property is NOT impacted by the recent news regarding potential short-term rental (STR) restrictions in Maui. Because we are zoned as a hotel property, we are exempt from the County of Maui's proposed STR regulations.

The property is clean and well kept. The landscaping is top notch. Easy access to the beach (Sugar Beach). The unit we staying in was fantastic, and has a larger sq ft footprint than other places we've stayed. Only 2 real minor complaints - 1) no hot tub on the property; 2) tiny microscopic ants all over the kitchen (though this seems to be common on ground floor units at this property)

The condo was very clean and was fully stocked with everything you need. The laundry facility was also very clean and easily accessible. The only thing I didn't like was the beach. The water was not as clear as some of the other Maui beaches. We drove to Lahaina several times for the nicer beaches. However the Kehei beaches down the road and Makena were very nice. The location is awesome being close to road to Hana and other hiking excursions. Overall nice experience with an affordable price.

The apartment was very clean with everything you would need for a weeklong stay. With rental cars being either not available or super expensive, this was an ideal location to use Maui's bus service. Bus stop in only 2-3 mins walk on the main Route 10. Malea was very responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend this place.
