It's a really old service bus that's been converted into a comfortable holiday glamping accommodation. We love the original features including the drivers cabin, ticket machine and the original seats. But there's plenty of home comfort such as full size oven, king size bedroom, and completely private facilities in the accommodation! So no sharing!
You'll arrive, probably by car to our destination, one of the most beautiful pub views in South Wales. Grab one of us and we'll take you down to the bus and check you in, amongst the trees and wildlife.
In the countryside, surrounded by sheep and horses, 12 different species of tree in the host field. The Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal is only 1km away. She is located 100m along a lane from our country pub, The Horseshoe Inn. Here you will find, excellent views and where understated friendly excellence is standard. Relax with a drink or if you don't fancy cooking choose a freshly prepared lunch or dinner, made on the premises, from local ingredients.
Or you could visit the local canal centre and museum, Goytre wharf. Here you can sip a coffee or admire the boat yard. Or even hire a boat for the day . There are numerous bird species around us, including Buzzards, Red kites, goldfinch, greenfinch, Blue Tits, Barn Owls.
Further afield are the great market towns of Abergavenny, Usk and Brecon. A bit further still you can find Chepstow with its great riverside castle and Tintern with its ruined Cistercian abbey.
