Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted.

Each guest will be asked to send identification within 48 hours once the reservation is created and at check-in.
This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise.
A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am.
Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived.

If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a €55 reminder fee.

If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property.
A penalty fee of €150 will be charged if you smoke in the property.

Great family stay

We had a wonderful time in Dublin at this flat. Good beds. New nice bathrooms. We stocked kitchen. No parking but 7pm-7am parking is free on street.

Great location but needs some updates

The location is perfect but the building hallways are shabby. With simple touches the unit could be so much better. The closets had things stored in them so unusable, the walls were dingy and looked dirty as did the drapes and rug. We weren’t there more than to sleep but it wasn’t ideal. The couches and bed were clean and comfortable but the ere isn’t a hairdryer or a coffee maker.

Great location and spacious but not clean.

The unit had obviously not been cleaned for quite some time, other than changing sheets and towels. We had to wash dishes before using. The walls had splatters and stains. I did notify the owner and they assured me that they would take care of it. If this is done, then it is a good spot.

Recommended

This flat was exactly as advertised; clean, great location, and great for a family of 3. The only issue was the key and lock for the front door of the building. The lock needs to be replaced - at one point it took us 5 minutes to get the key and lock to work. (Bumped into some residents and they said everyone in the building struggles with the front door.) Other than that, highly recommended and the property manager was highly communicative with quick responses.

Great location

The condo is located in a very nice part of Dublin. We were able to walk to center of Dublin and there were multiple nice cafes, bakeries and restaurants close by. The communication with the host was good, instructions for finding the condo and the key to the place was clear and sent to us in a timely manner. We appreciated having two bedrooms and two bathrooms as we were traveling with our college age son. Maybe the turn around of guests is quick, not allowing the hosts to perform more detailed cleaning, but there were things that could be better ( mildew smell would meet us on entering the condo, there was a musty smell of the sofa and cushions in the living room and there were spider webs on the ceiling of the living room). If hosts are looking to attract the overseas guests, we would suggest having a hair dryer and 1-2 garbage bags in the condo, as we had a hard time finding a store in the neighborhood that sold hair dryers.

Now what we expected

The address was misleading to begin with. If you are from the States, it will be difficult to locate the property. We tried to call the host number and there was no answer. The message to the host took over an hour to answer. By that time we had checked into a hotel and assumed we were scammed. The next day we went to the VRBO and found the entrance to the building across the street from where we were the night before. There was no hot water, there was no dryer (as advertised), there was mold/mildew on the inside of the washer. The sheets had hairs on them and one had a stain. This was our worst VRBO experience in 10 years.
