This beautiful villa is located in the private and exclusive residential area of Quint Mar, overlooking the town of Sitges and the blue Mediterranean sea beyond.



Villa Calma backs on to the Garraf Natural Park and is only a couple of minutes drive to the bustling town centre of Sitges with its numerous bars, boutiques and restaurants and other facilities usually found at the best quality holiday resorts.



Just a thirty-minute drive from Barcelona, Sitges is the gateway to a day exploring one of the most beautiful cities.



Exclusively managed by Sitges Hills Villas, Villa Calma is an air-conditioned five-bedroom, two bathroom home located in Quint Mar, Sitges, With amenities such as a private outdoor swimming pool, several terraces and a small tennis court for all ball games.



This property pays homage to its Spanish heritage with attractive details such as blue and gold tiles lining the three-storied hallways, arched walkways leading from the open-concept large sitting rooms, perfect to gather family and friends, with multiple outdoor sitting areas. These outdoor seating areas are perfect for sitting with a warm cup of coffee in the morning, or to unwind with a glass of wine after a long day of exploring.

The main floor of this home offers a warm and calming presence with its traditional touches put in place by the authentic Spanish architecture. The large tiled flooring throughout Villa Calma carries its guests from room to room, while its charming feel creates a welcoming ambiance.



ACCOMMODATION



Entrance Level

Through a small court yard with access to the swimming pool to the right, the front door opens into a light-and-bright living room area with an inviting seating area, and oversized couch.



A wood-burning brick fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere on the out of season, cold nights, while the wall-mounted air-conditioning unit provides cooling throughout.



Through the arched doorway to the right of this floor, the inviting outdoor patio offers seating for family and friends, seamlessly extending the living space of this floor.



This level also has a full bathroom, complete with shower.



From here you can choose to walk up the wrought-iron inspired curved staircase to our kitchen/dining room area, or down to the bedrooms.





Top Floor

From the landing of the top step, the top floor immediately opens into a large sitting area.



An oversized kitchen table built to accommodate up to twelve people sits in the middle, with chairs tucked neatly in all around. Perfect for sharing a bowl of fruit and discussing plans for the day!



This room also boasts a “wall-of-windows” which allows the fresh Mediterranean air to enter through a window built into each wall of this lovely room.



This large kitchen and dining room feels authentically Spanish with its tile floors and large doorways leading outside, yet careful attention has been included with the addition of modern luxuries such as a dishwasher, microwave, and full-sized refrigerator.



Step through the kitchen, past the open windows, to an additional outdoor patio, where a seating area is available for guests to enjoy the picturesque views of surrounding Sitges.



A wall-mounted air-conditioning unit provides cooling throughout.



Lower Floor

The lower floor of Villa Calma offers five bedrooms and a bathroom with a large soaking tub. Each room offers fresh filtered sunlight, closet or desk space, and crisp light linens.



This five bedroom property is perfectly laid out for large groups, and provides amenities for families traveling with small children as well which you’ll find on this floor.



A wall-mounted air-conditioning unit provides cooling throughout.



The staircase boasts step-upon-step of painted Spanish styled blue and gold tile, and winds through each level of the home.



Villa Calma can comfortably sleep up to 10 to 11 guests in the following bedrooms;

Bedroom One – Large double bed (160 x 200 cm) with ceiling fan.

Bedroom Two – Double with wardrobe, desk & chair with ceiling fan.

Bedroom Three – Double (150 x 200 cm) with wardrobe with ceiling fan.

Bedroom Four – Double (150 x 200 cm) with wardrobe.

Bedroom Five – Twin Bedroom with wardrobe.



The 11th person sleeps on a ZBED.

Bathroom One – Lower Floor – Large Bath tub, toilet, double washbasin and bidet.

Bathroom Two – Entrance Level – Shower Unit, toilet and washbasin.



OUTDOOR SPACES



Swimming Pool Area and Terraces

With views of the sparkling-blue Mediterranean Sea available from this property, the outdoor space is where Villa Calma truly shines with the private swimming pool and several terraces off the living spaces and around the villa.



Enjoy a day of leisure at the villa’s private swimming pool (5.3m x 4m), which is accessible from both the first and second floors of Villa Calma, and is available year-round.



From the swimming area, it’s a short walk to the Villa Calma’s outdoor recreation area which includes a private small tennis court, as well as a large BBQ area with additional seating, perfect for entertaining family and friends.

- Due to its hillside location we recommend having access to a car. - Unfortunately, Villa Calma is not suitable for for wheelchair users.
