Our direct beach front condo includes a VIP reserved parking spot on the ground floor for your exclusive use & FREE beach service from March through the end of October. Enjoy 2 padded beach chairs & umbrella on the sugar white sand. A $50.00 a day value included for you at no extra charge! No hidden/junk fees when you book with us! One free parking pass. We have upgraded our condo with a 70" 4K Smart TV in the living area & a 60" 4K Smart tv in the bedroom!! Next door to the famous Schooners restaurant. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service & the little extras that make a vacation special. We provide high quality furnishings & touches that you won't find at most condos!

No off-site office to visit to check in. Keyless keypad entry. Codes sent once final payment is received. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be possible upon request & subject to availability.
*We may meet guests on-site at check in. We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age.*
*Front door is equipped with a Ring Peephole camera.

The Living Area features a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, recliner & a 70" 4K Smart TV with Blu-Ray DVD player for your enjoyment. We even provide an assortment of Blu-Ray DVD's, books, & games.

The Master Bedroom has a Serta Posturepedic pillowtop King Size bed & a 60" 4K Smart TV with Blu-Ray DVD player. The Bunk Area has Twin Size Bunk Beds. The kids will love the bunks. They are also large enough for adults.

The Master Bath houses a combination tub/shower. The second full bath is off the main hallway & provides a large marble shower with a seat.

The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances & is fully equipped with plenty of dinnerware. All the small appliances you could possibly need. A coffeemaker that makes a carafe & does K-cups, Crockpot, toaster, hand mixer, regular blender in addition to a Nutribullet! Coffee station includes some k-cups, coffee filters, sweetener assortment, hot chocolate, hot apple cider & teas. Several restaurants are also within walking distance if you don't feel like cooking!

The Dining Area has a table with seating for 4. There are 2 bar stools at the bar area of the Kitchen. Washer & dryer in the condo for your convenience.

Other features to this unit: Free wireless internet & 2 large flat screen tv's with DirecTv Streaming. We provide 4 beach towels for your use here while staying with us.

On your private balcony you will find all quality poly-wood furniture! No run of the mill discount store stuff here. Two tall chairs with connecting table for seeing over the railing plus 2 GLIDER chairs with built in cup holders & a small table. You will love the gliders as they are unique & not found at any other condo that we know of. The perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the sunset.

Sister trip to PCB - perfect condo - everything was just as described - exceptionally clean, comfortable & lots of room! The owners have done a great job with the decor & all the special details made it feel just like home! The owners were great to work with & the communication was great! Great condo

The condo it super nice and the kitchen is well stocked. Make sure you load your car the night before or early morning because the elevator situation at check out is a little crazy. The property owner is super nice and easy to communicate with and even left me a bottle of wine and thank you note with made it super personal.

This is our ”go to” place for the Beach

We have stayed in Kathy and Jim’s condo for 5 years and we don’t waste time looking at other rentals on VRBO. We know we will be stepping into a super clean wonderfully decorated condo. Each year Kathy and Jim have updated something in their condo, whether it is furniture, appliances or chairs for the deck. This IS our “go to” place for the beach!!

We booked this property because we were drawn to the idea of Beach Therapy and we were not disappointed! The condo was so clean, well stocked, and decorated with a fun beach theme. The view was absolutely stunning and we loved watching the sunset over the ocean in the evenings. During the day we enjoyed relaxing on the included reserved padded chairs on the beach and the kids had so much fun going back and forth between the ocean and the pool. This was definitely a laid back and family friendly area on the beach compared to other busier areas we visited. Kathy was so responsive and accommodating to our inquiries and we really appreciated the attention to all the little details that made this vacation so memorable. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful condo! Real furniture - drawers work smoothly, couches and chairs are comfortable as is the bed in the master. Reserved parking space was a nice plus as were the reserved chairs. Great balcony view and the furnishings on the balcony made it a pleasure to sit and enjoy. Everything was labeled which was hugely helpful! All of the light switches and remotes, info on the fridge, etc. There was a basket on the counter that was a care package that contained a few snacks, local info, and some essentials. Beautiful pool and beach area. Loved the condo and the thought that went into making our stay great! Will definitely book again.

Loved our first stay in PCB

My wife and I decided to try a new location along the Florida panhandle and chose the Seychelles resort in Panama City Beach. We rented "Beach Therapy" on the 13th floor of the complex and found it to be a lovely condo with an outstanding view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sands of PCB. Our host, Kathy Gesslein, was excellent. All our communication with her was timely and personal. We never felt like a renter, but rather a guest. The condo was clean and well cared for. Access is secure and check-in is easy too. The master bed was comfortable and there was plenty of bathroom space between the two in the condo. We had everything we needed as far as kitchen tools and appliances. You will need some supplies. The complex is nice, including two fairly large pools, a spa, and direct access to the beach. A beach set-up for two was provided, and David, the attendant was super helpful. He came around occasionally to reposition the umbrella as the sun tracked throughout the day. Tip him if he works for it as he did with us. You have a private, covered, and reserved parking spot which was clutch! Since the property is on the far eastern side of PCB, we had to drive to some of the places we wanted to go. There is a great restaurant right next door to the complex. It was a bit pricey, but the food and drinks were good. Ice cream and pizza are nearby as well. Grocery stores (Publix and Piggly Wiggly) were pretty close and more desirable than going to the Walmart Supercenter.

Nothing short of perfection!!

This is by far the cleanest, well stocked, and well cared for condo I have rented on VRBO!! My family felt like an extension of our hosts’ family. They sent us all the needed information up front. They really put alot of thought into the rental process. Their small touches made us feel so welcome. I can’t recommend this condo enough. If you are questioning booking this room, take it from me, DO IT!!

Perfect Vacation Week

We had a perfect week for our family vacation! Kathy was great communicating with and the unit was amazing! We spent the days at the beach and pool and the evenings sitting on the porch, looking at the beautiful views of the ocean. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. I also loved the toiletries and starter pack of cleaning items left to help us out before we went shopping for supplies for the week! The owners of this unit really take their time to make the renter feel extra special! We will definitely go back!

My husband and I purchased this condo at Seychelles in 2017 & live locally - splitting our time equally between Panama City Beach & our home in the country about 45 minutes away. Owning beachfront property to enjoy ourselves & also share with others has always been a dream of ours. We love when our guests become friends!

Why they chose this property

We chose Seychelles because of its beauty & location. The property is located on the less crowded east end of Thomas Dr. & out of the heavy traffic of Front Beach Rd. It is a very secure, well maintained property with a lot of extras to offer.

What makes this property unique

There are several popular restaurants & lounges within walking distance including Schooners "The Last Local Beach Club", Cantina Del Mar Fresh Mexican Grill, Patches Pub & Grill, and Shore Shack Pizza.

PCB has a lot to offer! Do as much or as little as you want. You'll have a great time and will want to come back again and again!!
