Cozy, warm, relaxing, and pet friendly.
I didn't want to write a review because I wanted to keep this place a secret. That said, it was an amazing place and the host was wonderful. Could not say enough about our weekend at Bolton Valley, and mostly due to the home.
Epic place in epic spot
I love Bolton. It might not be for everyone - but if you like the northern Vermont Snow at an affordable price at a lower key resort with really good backcountry options - it might be for you. The list serv terrain is not as big or as good as other more expensive resorts nearby, but there are some nice pockets to be found.
The pub and Rec center are a little run down and not so flashy but they have everything you need and smiling faces to help you get it. For me - this is perfect.
So if this is for you - then you should consider staying at the loft. It is a cool space and it is in an epic spot. It is the last unit on the road and looks into the beautiful woods. Ski in ski out for lift and for backcountry. Epic.
And it is a funky creative space that is fun to be in.
Paul was easy to communicate with and responsive.
What else is there to say?
Quaint, Quiet, and Cozy Condo in Bolton Valley
Lovely Condo with everything you need to keep cozy and occupied. The loft was very comfortable and secluded from the rest of the house. The place was easy to keep warm and the kitchen set up was very accommodating to all cooking needs. The entertainment kept us busy when we weren't skiing- 90's ski videos, board/card games, books, ping pong, and informative VT magazines. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking some privacy and comfort in their Bolton Valley Ski get away.
Wonderful ski loft for the family!
Perfect getaway with the two kiddos! They loved the bunk beds and we all had a great time with the ping pong table!
Coming back from skiing to a warm fireplace and heated bathroom floors was a treat.
Thank you Lacey. Glad you enjoyed!
Fantastic spot for snowboarding trips!
What an awesome modern space to stay in. Much more spacious than the pictures make it seem! Lots of cool things around, very comfy stay. Definitely recommended!
Our home is between Vermont's biggest cities and even closer to one of the top rated beer towns, Waterbury, VT, where the famous Heady Topper was founded.
About Paul Hayes
We love to share our space with others. We like to think we specialize in hiking, soccer, ping pong, skiing and snowboarding.... and having a fun time. “It is fatal to know too much at the outset. Boredom comes as quickly to the traveler who knows his route as the novelist who is over-certain of his plot.” – Paul Thoreau Life is amazing and definitely too short to sit on the shoreline watching from afar. VRBO allows people to dip and soar in the breeze. I love to get my feet wet, even if the water's cold. "The reason to moderate is to avoid having to quit." -Jim Harrison (author & food and wine lover)

Why Paul Hayes chose Bolton Valley
Bolton Valley is a special place. Summer is beautiful, filled with out your door biking, swimming holes, disc golf, wood-fired pizza, and berry picking. Fall is breathtaking with hiking, foliage, and cider. Winter is vibrant with live music in the Tavern, mountain sports (including night skiing until 10pm!), friends, and events. Spring brings rushing water from the Joiner Brook and some of the best spring skiing around. Often people agree the best part of Bolton Valley is the feeling of remoteness, being a part of an outdoor-enthusiastic community, and still being close to some of Vermont's best known restaurants. We agree!
What makes this Townhome unique
-Mountain access-skiing, eating, hiking, disc golf at your finger tips. -Great internet connection. -Smart TV where you can access your apps. -Quick, friendly service if needed. -DVD and ski video collection. -There is a tree fort down a path, across the creek. Perfect for letting the kids feel alone (although you can hear them from the house)! -Hidden deck overlooking the creek where you can grill or wade in the water.
