Bienvenido a este hermoso condominio de tres pisos ubicado directamente en el Golfo de México. Salga por la puerta y camine hacia la hermosa playa. Tendrás tu propia playa privada que nunca está abarrotada como los otros condominios de gran altura en el área. Y tendrá dos sillas de playa y una sombrilla esperando su uso personal cada mañana durante los meses de verano. Tome el ascensor a este condominio loft de dos pisos con pisos de azulejos y alfombras. Este espacioso condominio tiene 2 dormitorios con camas king size y 2 baños. Desde el salón / comedor, tiene una vista panorámica de las playas desde su balcón privado con vista al brillante Golfo de México. La sala de estar también tiene un bar muy agradable y un sofá cama para su uso. Arriba, el dormitorio principal se abre a un segundo balcón. El baño principal también se abre a un balcón privado con vistas a la ciudad. Usted tiene su propia lavadora y secadora en el condominio, WIFI gratuito y una cocina actualizada completamente equipada. Venga a jugar en la piscina climatizada frente a la playa y en el hidromasaje o salga a una de las playas más hermosas del mundo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was nice and up to date! The downside was the owner has a dog/ dogs and there was dog hair everywhere. Mostly in the upstairs. I did not know this going in and I’m allergic to dogs and it’s just gross to have dog hair everywhere. I hope this helps someone else in this situation. They did offer to come re clean it. Overall the stay was good. Beach was beautiful and not crowded!

The shower was huge and could be turned on without getting wet. We, two couples, had a great stay. Gave 4 for condition because a/c vents need to be tweaked to get more air in downstairs bedroom. All appliances worked great! Also had small ice maker.

Reviewer Comments: Upon entry, there is a slight musty odor, which was strange because the place was immaculately clean and clearly has been recently remodeled. We did not notice the odor after the first hour or so, and it did not detract from our enjoyment. The decor is fresh and lovely. The kitchen is the perfect size for vacation meals, but it could stand to have a few more pieces of cookware and the utensils, especially the knives, could stand replacement. The bedding in both bedrooms is very comfortable. Having the beach chair/umbrella service was probably my favorite of the perqs of staying here. It was so nice to only have to take a beach bag and sit in the shade in our reserved chairs. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We stayed in 210 this time and only thing we can say bad is downstairs room very warm. Air did not flow great to this bedroom. otherwise great place, we would stay again. Helpful staff and location is fantastic.

Overpriced!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: AC wasn’t cooling, reported to office, maintenance never came to address. Burnt light bulbs, missing parts in refrigerator, very dark in condo, dishwasher difficult to close, sofa bed very old & uncomfortable. Need I go on? This whole resort needs major upgrades for the price they are charging! Stayed here every September for at least 10 years, not returning! Would’ve given it one star but evidently it’s fixed so you can’t choose one star!!!

I watched many people come over from the left side of the beach, public area, and sit in our chairs or set up in our area. I noticed only Nate stayed on our beach for the entire day.Also the gate going out to the pool/beach needs a closing spring or something like that so people can't just walk through to get to other places. The wind holds it open.

Great Family Vacation

Condo was GREAT

The condo we stayed in was beautiful, well kept and comfortable! We would definitely stay here again! Great location on the beach and off of the busy main road but so close to lots to do in Destin. The pool is mediocre and was cloudy/not well kept the week we were there. Hot tub was super hot and the jets were not working. If Seafarer would upgrade and take care of the pool, I would ALWAYS stay at this location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the seafarer. The VIEW. We usually stay on crystal beach - and here was way more private! Pool and hot tub was nice. Our unit was spacious and loved using all 3 balconies. We walked to dinners and we walked to putt putt-arcade and go carts! Our only suggestion is better outdoor seating. The unit is decorated so nice, but the outdoor furniture is very old, outdated, and torn. But did not change our mind that we love the location and space of the unit and will be back! It was three of us, my husband and I with our 14 year old. We felt safe. Thank you!

Great stay, needs a little tune up

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The onsite staff were lovely and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The AC was a work horse :) The dishwasher did not work, though we didn't discover that until day 4/6. Because of this, we just handwashed everything. We weren't provided a sponge or dish soap to use, so we had to purchase those to be able to wash dishes. We were only proved 3 rolls of toilet paper, which was only slightly stressful, but in the end was the correct amount and we used all of the 3 rolls. The Dryer gets things dry, but it took 4-5 cycles. We also ended up with a cockroach in the downstairs bathroom, but chalked that up to us leaving our back door open a lot to let in the sound of waves. Overall this place is beautiful and we will stay here again, just needs a little bit of a tune up.

We started staying at Seafarer because it was only 3 story and I did not want the toddler grandchildren in a high rise. We continue because its a well maintained property and the staff is always very kind and professional. Many wonderful memories here! 30 years of memories. We came down this year for our 59th Anniversary. We love Destin and sitting on the balcony early mornings with coffee and watching the sunrise! Just beautiful!!
