The entire apartment and, subject to availability, there is the option to add additional accommodation if you are looking for a larger group stay. Located on the floor below Captain’s Cabin, you will find two further beautiful rooms. King Alfs is a large private double room, fitted with a king-sized bed and en-suite shower room. Crew Quarters is a twin bunk room with en- suite shower. Please enquire for details.

Located on the third floor, the apartment boasts stunning views across the River Dart. It is a wonderful spot to watch the sunrise and the river life below. Step inside and you’ll find traditional nautical inspired décor, an inviting open plan living space, and plush furnishings designed for both relaxing and socialising after a day exploring the South Devon coast.

The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, with everything you need to enjoy home-cooked meals. Or take advantage of your private balcony and soak up the sights and sounds of Dartmouth with morning coffee or evening drinks. For added convenience, breakfast at Café Alf Resco is included. Start the day with fresh coffee, their famous “Big Breakfast” or a slice of cinnamon toast, a must-try during your stay.

The Captain’s Cabin comfortably accommodates couples or small families. The cosy bedroom offers a restful retreat, with the option of adding a single ‘put-me-up’ bed for a child or small adult. An en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet ensures comfort throughout your stay.

Parking:
The property has no parking on site; however, you can pull up to unload in front of the property. We offer the use of a local parking permit that allows free parking in the main central car park, located a five minute walk from this apartment in Dartmouth.

Pets:
We welcome one well behaved dog (ensure it's added to the booking) but do ask that you are respectful and refrain from allowing them to use the furniture.

Mobility:
Given the Cabin is on the third floor with only stairs to navigate we would advise it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Cafe:
Bar Christmas Day and Boxing Day, the apartment comes with breakfast included to help make your stay that little bit sweeter!
