This rental property is one of only a small handful of property rentals that fronts onto the largest pool. All of the homes are finished to a high standard with luxury kitchens, travertine floors, and ‘walk-in’ wetroom showers in each bathroom.

Guests will enjoy membership and use of the facilities at the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club at Mullins Bay during their stay. Access to the gym/fitness centre on-site is available for a fee (payable locally).

The Mullins Bay development has 24-hour security ensuring residents both privacy and peace of mind during their stay.

A housekeeper service, 6 days per week is included in your rental.

Guests must check that their sunscreen does not contain P20. Guests will be charged up to USD$50 per damaged towel or up to USD$300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.
