Accueil et présentation complète de l'appartement et des environs par le propriétaire, très aimable. L'appartement est idéalement placé, avec plage et supermarché juste en dessous et vue sur la mer.

Niveuvolle Ferienwohnung in Toplage

Der Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes mit Airporttransfer durch Francisco zum Appartement war schon prima.Daniel hat uns selbst "aus weiter Ferne" per Funk begrüßt.Danke. Die Einweisung vor Ort klappte tadellos und dann stellten wir fest, dass selbst "Strandausrüstung" vorhanden war. Dass der Strand praktisch vor der Haustüre liegt, ist hervorragend. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen,-leider reichen unsere Sprachkenntnisse in spanisch nicht aus ,um mit Francisco ausführlich zu plaudern. Dagmar und Bernd

Superb well equipped apartment in fantastic Las Palmas location

We were fortunate enough to enjoy this apartment as our "home" for three months over the winter. On entering the apartment it is the impressive view that you will first notice! There is everything here that will make you feel at home, whether for a short city break or a longer holiday. The apartment has a great location, is "front line" on Las Canteras beach and within easy walking distance of the main city attractions, shopping areas and bus routes. David, the landlord, is always on hand, and made our stay a truly enjoyable experience. Simon and Ian

Appartement sympa et assez bien situé

L'appartement est confortable et bien équipé. La proximité de la plage est un gros atout. La piscine est bien protégée du vent qui est très fort à cet endroit de la plage. Pour éviter le vent il suffit d'aller à la plage un peu plus haut (~10 minutes à pied). Aucune place pour garer sa voiture nulle part: il faut prendre un abonnement au parking à côté (45 Euros la semaine). L'accueil aurait pu être mieux organisé car l'accès en voiture est difficile. N'oubliez pas votre GPS pour circuler à Las Palmas, sinon c'est un vrai défit !
