This house had everything we needed. A very well stocked kitchen. Plenty of seating for everyone. We especially loved the pool! We can’t wait to stay here again.

The host has been Amazing, as this is our second stay in the home, with no issues or need for any additional communication. The entire family loves the property and the private pool is a rare thing on Fripp. We have stayed in Fripp 9 times now and this is one of our favorite homes, for layout, location, cleanliness, and accommodation's. The one and only thing to mention remotely negative, is you have to rent your own golf carts and stare at 3 of the best golf carts money can buy in the garage that you do not have access too. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to a large group for a wonderful stay on one of our favorite places in the world, Fripp Island!

This was the perfect place. Privacy yet close to everything!

The owner was extremely responsive and the home is gorgeous! It was stocked better than any place we have ever stayed and this was our 13th year returning to the island. Heaven on earth!

Wonderful Family Trip

The property was wonderful with a ton of attention to detail - we had everything we needed to enjoy a nice family week at the beach and celebrate our grandmother's birthday. From the infant stuff already on hand to beach gear - it was super easy with everything at our finger tips to enjoy a stress free vacation!

Best of everything!

Truly a gourmet kitchen with everything that one could possibly need for preparing meals. Being on Ocean Point golf course and having a swimming pool was the best!

Family time is the best time!

It's hard to find a place house like this one. It has everything you need and more. Our family of 13 has had the opportunity to stay twice and loved the space and location. if you want a place that has it all, this is it.

Fantastic family house

This house had everything we needed. We had 18 people with 9 of them being kids. This had everything we needed and more. The new golf cart is amazing too.

Windy but good

The weather didn't cooperate but the house was well supplied with indoor activities and all was well. Great location Golf cart issues but the owner was very invested in resolving them quickly. Great family place.

Frippin Good Times

What a beautiful home with very special touches that made us feel very comfortable. Loved having the pool and the beautiful back and front porches to oversee the golf course. Nice clean rooms with a lot of space. Owners were great about being in touch if we needed anything…Will definitely look to stay there again!

Felt like home

When you first walk in you are amazed at the decor of the house. Then you think you need something and it’s already there. Couldn’t have ask for a better home to stay in.

Great house

House was incredibly outfitted! The kitchen had every item you could imagine. There were 3 sets of washing machines and 3 refrigerators. The golf cart was a big hit, too.

So I've been renting from HA for many years, and this is one of the top two rentals I've ever had. Chef's kitchen, pristine pool, incredibly well-kept bikes and tools, plus a responsive contact who was patient with all of my many questions. Wonderful Family Vacation Home

Beautiful home and setting surrounded by lovely green space- trees, grass, golf course- and private pool! All very well maintained. Inside of house is spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated. Plenty space for our whole family 10 adults, 7 young children to spread out, relax, sleep, play, eat together. Owner (Erin) has provided everything for enjoyable stay: pool & beach toys, towels, chairs, bicycles, baby high chairs,pack‘n plays. Erin was accessible by phone/text and responded to any questions/concerns. We love coming to Fripp Island, and hope to return to this wonderful home in future!

Fabulous Fripp House

Wonderful house with plenty of room for all. Neat and clean as a pin. Gourmet kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with numerous spices and condiments. Private pool was a plus for our own privacy. Fantastic location, big yard, bikes, and so many pool and beach toys. We were new to VRBO but Erin, the owner, walked us through everything and was always ready for any need. We as seniors loved the main floor master while the younger ones had multiple rooms upstairs. This was a fabulous house and anyone would be in heaven to rent it.

We are a family of 15 (ages 5-55). The house was very clean when we arrived and looked exactly like the pictures posted. The bedroom layouts were perfect. We absolutely adored the open layout and large kitchen! It seems to where we always migrate too. The house had everything imaginable- from kid toys, beach towels, beach chairs, kitchen spices, bikes, etc. Literally all we needed to bring was clothes and groceries! The 3 sets of washer/dryers definitely came in handy. We also enjoyed spending our afternoons gator watching across the road! Again, the house was perfect and made our week unforgettable.

Thoughtful, well stocked, and magical location.

I choose the house based on its location on Fripp Island. It’s a beautiful island. That said, this house would have kept me feeling relaxed and happy in Dante’s Inferno. The thoughtful touches are everywhere. There is plenty of comfortable seating and dining accommodations. There is a superb collection of games. There are tons of bikes to explore the island with. There is a fabulous extra large golf cart included and the kitchen. OMG the kitchen. It was better stocked than ours! The entire time, the adults kept remarking to each other - “wow, they thought of that, too!” If you are thinking about it, go for it. The only regret is not finding this place earlier.

Pool was a HUGE plus!

The house was beautifully situated on the golf course with lovely views. The pool was a HUGE hit with the kids and adults alike. All the extra beach towels were a great added touch! Kitchen was well stocked. My only complaint was the cleanliness, as there were food trash and crumbs left about. I few games were left out and untidy. There was fingerprints on glass doors, which suggested a lack luster cleaning. I had to sweep the main floor on day one. We really did enjoy the property and all the extras! Would definitely book again.
