Located overlooking a lake on the 4th hole of River Run's world-class Gary Player-designed golf course. Guests of this rental will also enjoy access to the golf course, community pool, tennis courts, fitness center, and onsite restaurant. River Run is a beautiful, gated community located just a few miles from Ocean City, MD. This new and well decorated duplex is in an ideal location. The beaches, amusements, restaurants, casino, movies, shopping outlets and marinas are all within 15 minutes.
This duplex has over 2100 sq. feet of space. The maximum occupancy allowed for this rental is eight people.
The unit has four bedrooms. The first floor Master Bedroom has a king bed and private bath, the first floor second bedroom has a queen bed and full bath in the hallway. The second floor Master Bedroom has two queen beds, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds that share a full bath. The first floor master bedroom and the second floor master bedroom with deck, have great views of the lake and golf course. The well-stocked kitchen has modern appliances and ceramic floors. The driveway has parking for three cars. There is additional off street parking for more cars if needed. Use of garage does not come with rental. MAXIMUM number of renters in house - 8.

Here’s the Ocean City-area property you need to chiise

An incredible vacation made even greater with a true representation of the property that my family and I booked last November — and trust me, not every listing can be considered true. The host was tremendous and reactive to all of my questions — including during our vacation. House is immaculate and sits on a the fourth hole of a great golf course — golfers need to stop reading and just book this property NOW. Ocean City is about 5-8 miles away but not soul-crushing by any means. Already looking ahead to the Summer of ‘24.

This year me and my family enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean and well taking care of. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the getaway. We were about a 19 minute drive from the beach and the boardwalk. Thank you so much for letting us use your property. :)

The view is everything

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. The balcony, the view, location was all amazing. The entire process was smooth. We were so pleased with everything and look forward to returning and creating more memories. Thank you for being an amazing host.
