It's in a very secluded location so that was a bonus. We did have one issue turning on the hot tub but the maintenance guy came out and had it up in and running in no time. My entire family loved it and we can't wait to go back.

Our bench was broken out by fire pit so we couldn’t sit out there. Linens smelled like they hadn’t been dried completely. Everything was ok but didn’t feel super clean.

Nice Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful Surroundings.Cabin Decor & Layout Was Amazing! Had some difficulties with the Washing Machine & dishwasher..Very Hard to figure out/get them to work!Wi-Fi Svc was very bad. Would suggest letting people know about the limited wi-fi availability, esp for larger groups..Also recommend dusting the lighting hanging from ceiling..and fans..they were real dusty.Thx!

Best vacation to date

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were traveling with family for sports. While this cabin was originally planned to be just a place to sleep, it ended up being so much more! This cabin, or should I say retreat on the mountain top, offered my family recreation, rest, relaxation and reconnection! This cabin and company really pulled out all of the stops to ensure the stay was top notch! If you are questioning whether or not to book, trust me, book now! Did I mention, the price was far less than what was offered? Overall, it was an excellent stay and I will be booking again!

Wonderful but a little strange stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful cabin and we loved it. Great spacious cabin, we enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, and relaxing. Absolutely loved Gatlinburg. We had a few quirks in that there was a critter in one of the locked closets that kept our daughter up at night. The theater room screen was upside down and had to call maintenance. The house under construction next door had an alarm going off for more than 12 hours and we had to calll the sheriff. But other than those strange quirks, we loved the cabin!
