Recently Renovated home boasts 4 generously sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, master bathroom features walk in shower with Jacuzzi combo. Less than one hour from Tampa and one hour from Disney World, located close to multiple beaches and one of the most popular Floridian attractions Weeki-Wachees State Spring perfect for enjoying mermaid shows, kayaking and wildlife.
Short term stay Rate is based on 4 guests Each additional guests require additional charge per person per night regardless of not exceeding maximum occupancy. Additional guest charges outside of confirmed reservation will doubled.Reservations rate 30 days or more is basedon two guests.Pool heating electricity $35 per day.We do not have outside hot tub we have only inside hot tub jacuzzi in the master bathroom.Heating pool requires additional charge.

Very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Home is located on ½ Acre of private land with no rear neighbors, large space between homes ideal for peace and privacy. Our home is located right near Suncoast pkwy If you need anything during your stay you are only 5 minutes away from a local shopping plaza with restaurants grocery stores,pizzerias, bars, AutoZone and just about everything you could ever need. Plaza also features shopping mall.Five miles away from the local beaches, Famous Disney World is an hour drive away and one of Florida’s most popular state springs Weeki-Wachee is just 5 miles from the home where you can enjoy a variety of activities including mermaid shows, kayaking, water slides .Absolutely no smoking in the house. $500 fine for smoking inside the house. Long term guests rate for 30 nights and longer is based on two guests also additional cleaning fee off $200 will be added.
