Près de la rivière et sur le côté ouest calme de Sunriver. La maison a 4 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain, avec 2 chambres à coucher et 1 salle de bain à chaque étage.  Il y a un grand espace commun ouvert derrière la maison et le bain à remous sur le pont arrière.

Lorsque vous êtes prêt à sortir et à explorer Sunriver, empruntez le chemin à pied ou empruntez l'un des 5 vélos adultes qui vous attendent dans le garage. Le 21 Hummingbird bénéficie d'un emplacement central. Great Location

Property is located in a quieter part of Sunriver yet still very convenient. Would definitely stay in with our family in this house again.

Wonderful stay in Sunriver

Excellent location close to trails and the bridge over the Sunriver. The hot tub was perferct and the kitchen was well equipped.

We had a lovely stay in Sunriver at Hummingbird 21. The location was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. We had a family reunion during the week, and hosted family for snacks and dinner one night, and the house accommodated our needs.

We especially loved the quiet location near River walks. Lots of wildlife to observe!

The house was exactly as described and perfect for our two families with 4 adults, 3 teen/tween kids and 2 dogs. The space was clean and well appointed with all people reporting comfy beds. The property management was very accommodating with check in/out and was super help with a minor needed repair during our visit.

Very nice property for families with pets. Quiet neighborhood. Good floor plan for communal gathering and private bedrooms. Well-stocked kitchen. Close to walking/biking paths and near the river. Having bikes available was a huge plus. While the property isn't fancy, it is well-maintained and comfortable.

Clean, comfortable home with a well-stocked kitchen and everything as described. Great location near the river walk, a quieter side of Sunriver. We were surprised to find no shampoo/body wash for showers or coffee for the two machines.

Good Location to River

We enjoyed our stay. We did feel that the cleanliness of the home was not what we experienced with a prior rental property in Sunriver. We did love the proximity to biking paths, the river, and SHARC. The property itself needs a little TLC, as there were some things broken.

Fun Getaway

This was the perfect house for our two-family adventure. We relaxed, cooked delicious meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and played games around the large dining room table. The only thing we would change is the check in time, we wish it was earlier :) Overall a great experience!

21 Hummingbird Lane

The home was the right size for our group of 8 adults and was in a nice, quiet location. The previous guests hadn’t cleaned some of the kitchen equipment well, which was a nuisance. It is an older home and could stand some updating, but overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Perfect Family Get-away

This house was perfect for our family. We spend the weekend before Christmas here. We decorated a tree, made cookies, played games and opened presents. The house was clean. warm and perfect. We had our adult kids, their families including a 4 month and 22 month old, and a dog. The property management company was very responsive to all my questions and so very helpful when it came to disposing of the tree. Thank you for the generosity of your home. We had an amazing time. Great for large families

This house was as advertised. It had plenty of room for my family and a big table for Easter dinner. Upon arrival, there was a little bit of trash around the yard and near the trash bin, which was a little disappointing. However the space and the hot tub were nice. My biggest complaint and something I think needs to be addressed, is the back sliding-glass door. My sister was on crutches and could not open or close the door herself. It was incredibly difficult to open and close, to the point where you have to brace yourself and use a lot of strength. Oh, need more towels also, or laundry detergent would be nice to wash the towels. Other than that, the place was as advertised. Lots of pots and pans. We enjoyed using the bikes also. Thank you.

Cozy home reminded me of... well... home

This is a lovely property. Large enough and well stocked for dinners and active games like “just dance” in the big living room. The high ceilings made this home feel so big! Yet, there are spaces to escape to for down time. My son claimed the rocking leather chair as his own for the stay. Our pup had no problem relaxing and enjoyed the daily walks to the river. This location is away from the main sunriver area but you get a river walk circle and a bit more peace and quiet. The hot tub was very appreciated after a day or two of snowmobiling. Kitchen was well stocked ( there is a drip and a keurig for coffee if wondering). My only wish for this property is to get SHARQ passes. We have stayed at many houses ranging in prices and honestly, this house felt so homey and relaxing, we all decompressed quickly ( dispite the work meetings!). We will visit again soon!
