Denne tredje etage 1 soveværelse 1 1/2 badeværelse ejerlejlighed er placeret på Gulf side af vores ejendom. Til din bekvemmelighed er der en rummelig elevator. På grund af sin centrale beliggenhed er det en kort gåtur til vores hvide sandstrand, tennisbaner, pool og kulbriller. For at overholde Sarasota County Fire Code, sover vores 1 soveværelsesenheder højst fire personer. Soveværelset er indrettet med en king size seng med en 32 "fladskærms-tv. I stuen er der 42 "fladskærms-tv, og der er en sovesofa i fuld størrelse. Badeværelset har badekar / bruser kombination. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret med alle de elementer, du har brug for til madlavning - gryder / pander, tallerkener, redskaber, brødrister og kaffemaskine. Lejligheden er helt flisebelagt hele vejen igennem. Den komfortabelt indrettede gård er indskærmet, så du og din familie kan nyde vores dejlige tropiske briser.

First Resort Back in Business After Hurricanes

All the resorts on the Florida Gulf were hit hard by several storms last year with high water. The ground floor of this resort was flooded with three feet of water. Those units are stripped to the studs up to four feet. They are working hard to get them refurbished. That said, the pool was heated to a lovely temperature, and the resort has its own section of Siesta Beach. We had a lovely stay (on the third floor!)

Spring Break

We loved our stay in Unit 147! The condo unit was very clean, beds were comfortable and adequately furnished with everything we needed. A short walk to the beach and the pool! The grounds and beach were beautiful. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great property

Palm Bay is a nice property in a good location. Our only complaint is the BBQ grills are charcoal only and only a few of them. Gas would be much preferred for vacationers.

Amazing location

Everything from checking in to checking out was very easy and convenient. The location was wonderful. Security and maintenance on staff were very helpful when office was closed. Property was clean and comforting.

Perfect beach getaway

This condo was great! Perfect location and a beautiful property. We had a very short walk to the beach! The pools were very nice and the staff was very friendly. We would highly recommend.

Wonderful place for a getaway

Beautiful grounds and on the beach. Had everything that we needed. However no ceiling fans/lights. We had to go out and purchase a large fan to move the air around, just our personal preferences. Overall a great place to stay. The beds were very comfortable.

One thing that I wish we had known is that the elevators were out. I would have requested a change if another unit was available. Stairs are can be challenging for me and we were on the 3rd floor. BUT that was the ONLY concern. We love SK and Palm Bay and hope to return in the future!

Everything was very clean & comfortable. More spacious than expected so even though only 1 bedroom we had plenty of room for 2 teens to keep their things and spread out. The beach staff was great and would bring chairs out for us. Security (Charlie?) was very helpful when we lost set of car keys! Much appreciated!

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay there at Siesta Key. The condo was perfect for my husband and I. The location is great and the check in process was quick and easy. Would come back again.

Peaceful Stay

This unit and property were beautiful, clean, and quiet. We enjoyed this location and the beautiful sunset on the beach. Our only complaint was that the tub would not drain one night. No problem on any other day.
