Unit 147-1 Bedroom 1 1/2 Bathroom Gulf Side Club Interior Condominium

This third floor 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. For your convenience, there is a spacious elevator. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of four people. The bedroom is furnished with 2 queen size beds with a 42" flat screen TV. The living room has a 50" flat screen TV . The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine . The condo is completely tiled throughout. The comfortably furnished patio is screened-in so that you and your family can enjoy our lovely tropical breezes.

Perfect beach getaway

This condo was great! Perfect location and a beautiful property. We had a very short walk to the beach! The pools were very nice and the staff was very friendly. We would highly recommend.

We loved our stay in Unit 147! The condo unit was very clean, beds were comfortable and adequately furnished with everything we needed. A short walk to the beach and the pool! The grounds and beach were beautiful. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great property

Palm Bay is a nice property in a good location. Our only complaint is the BBQ grills are charcoal only and only a few of them. Gas would be much preferred for vacationers.

Wonderful place for a getaway

Beautiful grounds and on the beach. Had everything that we needed. However no ceiling fans/lights. We had to go out and purchase a large fan to move the air around, just our personal preferences. Overall a great place to stay. The beds were very comfortable.
