Unidad 334 - Condominio Bayside actualizado, a pasos de la bahía y la piscina

Nuestro condominio del segundo piso se mantiene meticulosamente. Un apartamento de dos habitaciones, dos baños, muy abierto con una cocina remodelada y equipada que fluye hacia las áreas de estar. Hay muchas características actualizadas en todas partes y comodidades para disfrutar de unas vacaciones agradables y relajantes. Tenemos azulejos en todas las áreas de estar principales, entrada y cocina, con alfombra en ambos dormitorios.
El dormitorio principal está muy bien equipado con una cama King-size, TV de pantalla plana montada de 32 ", cuarto de baño en-suite con combinación de bañera / ducha y un conjunto de puertas corredizas de vidrio que dan al balcón / terraza.
¡El dormitorio de invitados está actualizado y hay espacio para un grupo activo! (2) camas completas, con (1) litera superior doble, para que todos tengan una cama, otro televisor de pantalla plana de 32 "y baño privado con una amplia combinación de tocador y bañera / ducha.
La sala de estar está abierta con mucha luz natural proporcionada por el segundo conjunto de puertas corredizas de vidrio que lo llevan al balcón / terraza. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana montado de 42 pulgadas y dos sofás de cuero para una mayor comodidad y facilidad de vida. Tenemos (2) reproductores de DVD disponibles. Servicio de cable actualizado con canales premium y Wifi gratis en todas partes. La cocina ha sido recientemente remodelada, tiene encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos nuevos, viene completamente amueblada con muchas ollas / sartenes, y casi cualquier electrodoméstico pequeño que pueda necesitar, combinando platos y muchos utensilios: todo lo que necesita para cocinar una comida completa si lo deseas. La mesa de comedor es grande y tiene capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente. Nuestro condominio ha pasado por muchas actualizaciones en los seis años que hemos tenido con muebles nuevos y pintados anualmente. Estamos ubicados en el lado intercostero de la propiedad, con una corta caminata de 5-7 minutos a través de la propiedad para llegar a la playa privada. ¡Nuestra casa está muy limpia con todas las comodidades que buscarías! Para su comodidad adicional, se proporcionan toallas y ropa de cama, ¡incluso toallas de playa! Great Place to Stay

We had a great time at The Palm Bay Club. We were located on the Bay side that had a heated pool/spa with a small fishing pier. The only request would be is to add ceiling fans to the bedrooms. Other than that we had a great time. Thanks Again

We had a wonderful stay! The room was great! Plenty of towels! Everything was clean! Very happy! Would love the option of a mattress topper. Bed was too firm for my taste, but overall we would recommend to our friends!

Condo was nice King bed not the best had plenty of towels and space the kitchen had everything we neededhad a leak in the master bathroom ceiling woke up to water all over the floor and almost fell waking in not sure where all the water was coming from would not stay again during spring break condos below us were very noisy until 1:00 am and you could hear everything in the main bedroomoverall great location to the pool short walk to the beach and felt safe due to the security driving around the condos Cons would be no restaurants close by you either have to have your own vehicle or take the trolley or the green bus plan on waiting in lines in the evening and when they stop hope they had room for you to get on

Location was great

The property was clean and the beds were comfy! Although we didn’t cook a lot it seemed to have everything you need, utensils coffee toaster etc. The only thing I will say negative is it’s pretty dated like wall paper etc. but we had a great time. I love that the bay is a close walk, we would go down in the evenings and the boys would fish. The air conditioner was awesome, really kept the place nice and cool.

grand kids vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Came down with our two grandsons. We love The Palm Bay Club, location, pools and beach. The grounds were beautiful as always. The master bedroom needs a new mattress very uncomfortable. There were stains on the carpet as well and sliding glass door was very hard to open and close. With that being said it was fine for what we were looking for, just not up to what we have come to expect from the location. Would we come back yes we would I am sure after the hurricane that nothing is going to be perfect. The front office, security and grounds cleaning staff were great. The kitchen had everything you would need and couches were comfortable.

Perfect Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week in the condo. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. It was clean and was everything they said it would be. The staff at Palm Bay were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. The kids loved the pool and the tennis courts. It was great when we went to the beach to have lounge chairs available. The beach was kept in prestine condition as were all the grounds around the complex. The location is excellent and an easy ride over the bridge to the grocery store. The island has some wonderful restaurants and the downtown is very quant. We can't wait to go back.

Beautiful resort but no adherence to property rules.

The condo was perfect for my family of 5. Very clean, plenty of towels. The resort is beautiful, the private beach is beautiful with plenty of chairs. However, we encountered several people smoking at the pool, condos and on the private beach. The resort is listed as non smoking. Also large groups of people at the pools swearing. It was very disappointing that there wasn’t stricter enforcement of the property rules.

The couch cushions like to slide out a lot, maybe some Velcro on the underneath. But no reason not to stay here. We loved the location to the bayside a lot. Winter get away

The beach, of course is outstanding. The staff was very attentive and responsive to rectify any problems. The unit size was adequate , but requires significant upgrades, and perhaps overall remodeling. The mattresses were dismal. The kitchen supplies were minimal to the point that cooking a decent meal was out of the question.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 5th year at Palm Bay and this was the worst unit we've had. It needs a major overhaul. The tile is cracked and broken; old, stained carpet; the guest room bed is shot; no ice maker or cube trays; most furniture is old; leak from bathroom upstairs into master bath ceiling. We like Palm Bay and the staff there but this particular unit is very disappointing.

Cute condo could use a bit of an update

Check in process was easy but don’t think you’re getting in much earlier than the 4pm check in time. The condo was ready but front desk won’t let anyone check in early. Property does have a working elevator which is great to bring up suitcases or groceries. Condo is cute. Entry tile has some cracks. Master bedroom needs new carpet or just replace all flooring with LVP. The closet door completely off track but closet space is nice and roomy. Master bath has a pedestal sink which is horrible as there is no place to put things. There’s shelving above toilet but was filled with towels. Furniture is dated and has chunks out of it. Just needs replaced. The second bath is nice and has a large vanity with decent counter space. Condo states can have up to 6 people, we only had 3 but the water heater is only good for two people. The rest will have a cold shower. Why not change out a small water heater with an on demand one?!? Kitchen faucet has to be set just right otherwise the faucet leaks. Master bed mattress needs replaced, has the infamous dip where it’s been slept on. Patio door gets off track easily. Nice outdoor furniture. Bay side pool and hot tub were our favorites. Nice access to the beach with a quick walk. Also trolly stop not far from condo. Overall a nice stay. Condo just needs updated and switch out the water heater so everyone can have a warm shower.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Palm Bay Club U-334 located on the 2nd level of 3 story building on bay view right side. All balconies face each other and that takes away a bit of privacy. There is no screens on the balcony, just the sliding door. Elevator is located in the middle section of the building and there are luggage carts available, but there are stairs closer to each end of the building. Check in/out is easy and staff is friendly. 2 bd gets 3 keys, laundry cards and bracelets. Keys are RFID and you have to turn them to lock. Pool on the bay was great, a minute walk, 2 grills (need reservation to use), deck area, fishing pier. Hot tub with nice hot water and jet sits 10-15 people. Beach is located across the street (so is the office and another pool) and is short 5-7 min walk. The unit is older but is nice. Could use some furniture updates. Kitchen had everything we needed. Had to figure out push-knob light switches 🙄. Sheets and towels were better than some resorts have. On 1-10 scale it's a solid 7 IMHO

Disappointed

The complex was nice and the private beach was great. The condo itself needs some serious updating, bathrooms were extremely small with only room for one person at a time. We found both bathrooms showers difficult to turn on and off due to the handles being stuck. We also had a cockroach issue where we had to dispose of our toothbrushes. The second bathroom’s shower was outdated and poorly maintained when it came to cleanliness. The second bedroom was small and appears much larger on the website along with the mattresses being uncomfortable and if your over six feet tall, forget it your feet will hang over the edge of the bed. There is also no ceiling fan in this room which can become warm due to lack of air circulation. The kitchen faucet continually leaked and was difficult to find the specific angle to turn the faucet off. Only three of the light bulbs over the dining room table were functioning. One half of the sliding patio door in the living room was extremely difficult to open and close and at times needed to be lifted off the track to function. The beach umbrella provided in the condominium was broken and of no use. I needed to call security twice due to loud residents drinking, yelling and playing beer pong in the court yard well after midnight. To be honest this property is suitable for only four only people. The check in was easy and the ladies at the front desk were exceptional along with security.

They need to be upgraded to gas grills. The laundy facilities were terrible, the dryers did not dry. There needs to be washers and dryers in each condo. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
