Impresionante 30 K Reno reciente y redecoración para un ambiente de playa hawaiano. Wailea es una de las direcciones de resort más buscadas en Maui. Aquí puede relajarse en el lujo de los hermosos jardines que cuentan con un arroyo brillante, pasarelas sinuosas y una refrescante piscina y spa. Muy cerca se encuentran el famoso club de tenis del Wailea Resort y tres campos de golf de campeonato, además de tiendas de primera clase.

La unidad del primer piso no tiene escalones en el interior en un inmenso césped hacia el oeste y cuenta con un lanai privado que es muy privado y con vista al césped, King Master Bedroom con bañera y ducha privadas, 2 sofás cama de lujo Uber extraíbles, Guest baño con ducha grande, Keawakapu Beach está a un corto paseo de Palms at Wailea, donde puede bucear a lo largo de su extremo norte rocoso, hacer boogie board o dar largos paseos por la playa tropical. Fantastic Stay

My husband and I stayed here 10 days and really loved our time at this nicely decorated, well located condo, being close to numerous beaches, shops and restaurants. The unit is very well stocked with everything you need.Mandy was absolutely fantastic in her communication and response time !We would highly recommend this unit at the Palms and hope to return again in the near future!

Review

Nothing fancy but everything necessary available. We have stayed at the Palms several times and this is the second time there has been a malfunction of the hot tube. Not a big deal but when the weather is cool or rainy it is nice to have a functioning hot tub. This is an HOA issue.

Time for a Break!

Beautiful condo and lovely grounds . Condo was very well equipped . So nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella. Very nice pool . Condo is close to a beach - short walk . Good area for walking or running . Several restaurants close by but you do need a car . Spacious condo . Would stay here again.

Incredible Journey

The apartments are simply magnificent. We woke up to the singing of birds and started our day early in the morning. Every minute spent at Palms is incredible. Snorkeling with turtles, the singing of whales that you can hear while snorkeling is fantastic. We will remember our trip and we want to say thank you to the Dowel family.

Wailea gem

This unit at the Palms is great for a family or couple. It’s nicely renovated and loaded with supplies. Mandy is very helpful, focused on customer service and prompt in replying. The Palms is an older property that is beautifully and meticulously maintained, and very quiet. Keawakapu Beach is the best beach in Wailea in my view because it’s long and great for walking. Although the beach is walking distance for getting exercise, you need to drive to beach with all the beach gear. Parking is available but it does fill up. Fabulous all around.

Wonderful condo on the edge of Wailea

Great property, great communication from Mandy (owner). Unit well stocked with snorkel gear, boogie boards and all things needed for our stay. Great location near our favorite beaches in wailea and Kihei. Highly recommend.

Maui vacation

Our stay was wonderful!! Very easy access into the property!! It was beautifully kept and maintained! The pool was a great feature which our kids frequented every day!! I loved how there was everything we needed for the beach (chairs, bags, umbrella, etc) which saved us from having to go buy them while here! I noticed that some people were not a fan of the low light switches - like really? Who cares!!!! What a silly thing to complain about the place is beautiful! Lots of extras in the pantry and fridge which was great! Everything you would need to cook with was available! We honestly didn’t need the AC on we felt it cooled down enough at night that the fan was enough! Our kids slept great on the pull out sofa! Thank you for the wonderful stay and we hope to be back one day!! Aloha

Family vacation

We enjoyed staying at this property at Palms at Wailea. It was quiet and comfortable. The two pull-out beds were great for our teenagers. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after days at the beach. You do need a car in my opinion to be able to explore the area’s beaches and other attractions. We did walk to the Shops at Wailea in the mornings but drove to various beaches in the area. The condo was well stocked with beach items and kitchen items. We really enjoyed our time!

Gorgeous private condo in great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this tastefully decorated condo. It was private and well-located in a beautiful area. There were lots of towels and items we could use for the beach, which was a huge perk. It is close to many gorgeous beaches although I wouldn't say it's within comfortable walking distance- especially if you are carrying chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, etc for the beach. However, it's so easy to drive to a number of beaches only 5 mins away and we never had any issues with parking. There were many condiments for our use, including pods for the Keurig machine. The washer and dryer were great. Everything was in good working order. On the downside we had some issues with the cleanliness of the unit when we first arrived due to the fact the newly hired maid didn't do a good job. However, this was quickly resolved once we communicated this to the owner. The regular cleaner was there within minutes and cleaned everything we were concerned with. Communication was always quick and easy. There is only air conditioning in the bedroom, but we never had an issue with feeling too hot as it is quite shaded. Everything is well thought out and comfortable. We would definitely come again!

beautiful condo in great location

The condo was very well decorated, and well supplied. The landscaping and grounds were beautiful. This was the most quiet condo complex I have ever stayed at in my life. A few things I didn't like: 1.The doorknobs, light switches, toilet, etc were all located extremely low, as if the condo was built for little people. At first I thought maybe it was built for wheel chair access, but there are 3 steps to get down to living room, dining room, and kitchen area, so I don't consider it to be the best choice for wheel chairs. 2. The living room, dining room, kitchen area does not have air conditioning. There is air conditioning in the bedroom, but the other rooms get very hot also, I felt it needed air conditioning in those rooms also. 3. The lock on the front door failed, and we were locked out for one evening. We stepped outside to watch a sunset, so didn't have our wallets or car keys; we couldn't go anywhere else, so we were left to just sit outside in the dark. The property manager got a locksmith there that night. When I asked about it she said the lock had failed at least once before prior to our stay. I wish the lock had been replaced before so we didn't lose an evening of our vacation waiting in the dark, or staying there to let the locksmith do his thing. The locksmith was able to put in a temporary fix, but warned us that it could fail again at any time while they waited for the new lock to arrive. This was stressful since every time the front door shut we didn't know if we would be able to get back in again. 4. The swimming pool was shallow. I would strongly prefer a swimming pool with a deep end, not shallow water only. We swam in the ocean instead. This condo is located very close to several great swimming beaches in Wailea. There is also great shopping and excellent restaurants just a very short drive from the condo. It is in a very nice and convenient location. Overall I really liked the condo. I feel it will be a very great place to stay once they get a permanent working lock.

Beautiful condo unit

Our renovated unit was beautifully decorated and our on-site property contact Hydie was really helpful. The location is a little far from beaches but still close to lots of shops and restaurants. The pool Is well maintained and a great change from the beaches. The lack of AC in the main living room did make it impossible to sleep in the living room.

Family holiday

Great location, lovely place and well equipped , great area for morning walks, some road noise, complex and grounds very well maintained. Pool area is a great place to watch the sunsets. Would stay again.

The Palms at Walai

This our third vacation at The Palms and we’ve stayed in the same condo each time (1905). The owners, Mandy and Bob are the best.

We have been coming to Maui for 18 years and feel in love with the Sunsets, Beaches and relaxing vibe of the Islands. #1905 has been in our family for 25 years and boys have grown up vacating here. We have recently become the owners and also bought #201 if you are interested in our other condo. Or if you are looking for ocean views on Wailea Golf Course check out our other condo Grand Champions #178.

We live in Colorado but have owned mutli vacation homes- on the Sunshine Coast in Australia and Winter Park, CO so we know the little extras it takes to have 5 star rental.

We hope you choose our Hawaii home away from home!

The Palms is a stunning mediterranean-like property that is incredibly maintained and the landscaping makes you feel like you are in a five star resort that the Lanais overlook. We love being able to run out our front door and along the beaches only 7 mins away! The Sunsets are the best on the Island as the picture is framed with Palms trees and the sun sets longer over Lanai and throws the clouds with all shades of colors. We take our lawn chairs and sundowners and sit every night on the lawn to catch these.
