NJUT AV DEN VACKRA MAUI-solnedgången! Sharons rymliga, 1 300 kvadratmeter stora Wailea Ekolu bostadsrätt är ett två sovrum, två badrum, havsutsikt enhet. Ligger på bottenvåningen, är det omgiven av gräs och frodiga ööverk. Dessa lägenheter rymmer fyra personer bekvämt. Enheten är smakfullt inredda med öytyg och inredning, inklusive kabel-TV med stor skärm i vardagsrummet och platt-TV i sovrummet, stor tvättmaskin och många personliga inslag för din komfort och njutning. WiFi ingår.
Dessa lägenheter har ett fullt utrustat kök med alla små apparater som behövs för din vistelse och många skafferi. Handdukar, sängkläder, badhanddukar och stolar, svalare och parasoll ingår. Ekolu 807 har också en egen dubbelbrännare propan-BBQ för middagar med levande ljus på uteplatsen. Dessa lägenheter kyls av tropiska vindar (ingen luftkonditionering).

Waileas Ekolu Village ligger på sjutton tunnland med vackert underhållen mark, och ligger på den "torra sidan" av Maui, nära vackra stränder med vita sandstränder, utmärkt för bad, snorkling och vattensporter. Gästerna kan njuta av magnifika solnedgångar medan de tittar på valar flyttar från december till mars. Ekolu har två pooler tillgängliga. Den närmaste till lägenheten är en bekväm sextio sekunders promenad.

At home abroad - fantastic!

We enjoyed our stay in Colleens condo very much! Location, equipment and communication was perfect. Also it was very clean. We loved the nice environment and pool as well as the beach stuff for the kids. Would love to stay again👍

Perfect for us!

Colleen is wonderful to work with and very prompt in replying. The kitchen was very well stocked both with dishes/pans and things like spices and ziplocs. Which was great because we cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner while we were here. We love staying in Wailea. It's a perfect location.

Beautiful Escape

We loved our stay here. Coleen was lovely and very helpful. The property is perfect with ocean views and a huge pool. Everything you need is in the house. There are plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and various beach toys. Home is immaculate with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and fans if needed. Close to everything yet secluded for privacy. We loved it and will be back. Kisses to Keanu Leaves.

We love this place! My wife and I rented Ekolu 807 for three weeks in the summer of 2005 and now we are back for a the full month of July, 2007. We really enjoy the peace and quiet, the beautiful grounds, the comfortable condominium, and the nearby beaches. We swim in the ocean, usually at Ulua Beach, for one hour or more each morning at 7:30. Somedays we go to Honolua Bay for our swim. Ekolu 807 is perfect, and we look forward to another month's stay someday. And our thanks to Liz Ashley for the ease of booking this condominium.

Homey condo with lots of extras to make your stay perfect!

I rented this condo with my husband, and my best friend and her husband. It was perfect for two couples. The view from the patio is gorgeous (we got to watch the humpback whales right from the condo), and the house is very comfortable. The property is well outfitted with spices for cooking, condiments, tea, coffee, laundry soap, snorkel gear, beach chair, beach towels, beach bags, and more. We were SO thankful for all the little "extras" that prevented us from having to buy things that we would have had to leave behind or haul home. Colleen was also wonderful when we had a challenge with a noisy neighbor. Overall, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. If you're thinking of renting this condo, just do it!

Great location with a lovely view and a tranquil community. Walkable distance to a few restaurants, coffee shops, and The Shops at Wailea, including the Island Gourmet Market, which was great for a quick meal.The unit was well-stocked with everything we needed, including an umbrella, beach chairs, and beach towels. The unit was mostly clean, except for a few things. The kitchen cabinets were sticky and had a musky odor, despite the kitchen itself having new and clean appliances. We also kept finding little worms all over the floor, even though we kept the doors closed at all times. We found a cockroach inside the master bathroom.

Stellar location & great spot

Walking distance to beach, walking paths, shops, and hotels. Condo itself is spacious, clean, and modern. Property is great - grill and pool were hits with the baby. 10/10 recommend for a longer stay in Maui!

Great walk out condo

Great condo for our 26 day stay in Wailea! Very convenient location with awesome patio! Our only struggle was opening the lock box upon arrival, otherwise we had a stress free stay! It is wheelchair accessible (we brought our mom who is in a wheelchair), but just a caution that the cement pathway is quite sloped (coming from the parking lot), so you need to be quite strong to push the wheelchair up! Very much appreciated the communication from the property manager and her arranging for a shower chair for my mom! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a ground floor unit in Wailea!

Amazing get away

The unit is well equipped for 4 adults and has wonderful views of the ocean. It was a quick walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. We especially enjoyed the patio where we were able to watch the whales. Colleen was a great host and very responsive to all of our inquiries. I would definitley recommend this unit to family and friends. Overall, it was an amazing get away!

40th birthday celebration for our don

My husband and I booked this condo so we could take our son for his 40th birthday. It was perfect! Spacious, clean, well appointed. Great location with lovely view of ocean ! Colleen was very helpful and attentive to a few questions that came up.

Ekolu is perfect location

We have stayed at Ekolu many times and love the proximity to beautiful beaches, many fabulous places to eat and views. Being here in January means seeing whales frolicking any time you take the opportunity to enjoy the view. Hosts were great to work with.

It’s nice to be able to spread out in the condo and for the kids to have their own bathroom! The location is perfect - within walking distance to coffee in Wailea Village and The Shops at Wailea. Great view of the ocean from the lanai and a short walk to the pool. Air conditioning was a plus after long days golfing or at the beach. The condo is a little dated but I would take this property over a hotel room any day. Check-in was easy and Colleen was responsive and a great communicator. Mahalo for a wonderful stay!

Wailea ekolu wonderful

We enjoyed all aspects of our stay. Lovely comfortable and welcoming. Whether relaxing on lanai watching sunset, making a meal in the clean well equipped kitchen, two minute walk to pool, easy drive to beaches, beach equipment, Yahtzee (we like games). First floor end unit with nice view and felt private. wonderful communication from Colleen—-highly recommend.

I am the Property Manager for owners, Sharon and John Stephens. My name is Colleen Mitsuya. I am island-born, originally from Honolulu. I've been here for 42 years, Maui is my home now, Maui No Ka Oi! My favorite things to do are ballroom dancing and line dancing and I love arranging flowers, especially for all our guests to welcome them to our condo and to Maui.

Sharon and John fell in love with Wailea on a trip to Maui in 1979. The area was just being developed. In 1984 they purchased their Ekolu unit and over the years have traveled countless times from Los Angeles to Wailea with their daughter Jennifer. Time has flown by and now their family trips include their daughter, son-in-law, and beautiful granddaughter who loves to snorkel, paddle board and is learning to surf.

John and Sharon love the quiet, residential, park like feel of Ekolu Village. The beautiful lush tropical foliage and ocean view, relaxes them the minute they arrive.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Wailea is close to many unique sightseeing spots if you want adventure and a little action but when you return life is quiet and non touristy. It's a golfers paradise! A first rate tennis facility is right there and well as every water sport.

The weather is fabulous! Since Wailea is on the dry side of the island, it can be raining in Kapalua and sunny in Wailea.
