March is a great time to visit!

We’ve never spent time in Pacific City in early Spring and it was fascinating to see the changes in the sand dunes on the beach. Perfect way to relax and enjoy the view.

What a wonderful stay. This house is perfect for small children and an easy walk to Pelican. Can’t wait to come back!

Pacific City Stay

We found a couple of things that need repair, and we advised the property manager, and I am sure they will handle propmtly. We enjoyed the place very much. Mostly the view of the ocean is amazing. We would definately return. We even stayed an extra day.

Location wonderful-house condition horrible

Blinds in LR do not close all the way as the cords are so knotted. Blinds in one bedroom would not open. Couch and chairs cushions filthy with stains and we felt it necessary to cover them with sheets before using Appears to be black mold on windowsill in master bedroom Outside of house is in bad condition. Definitely worse appearance of any house in the area Light bulb over kitchen table burned out and no replacement available Several towels provided were suitable for rag use but not guests Extra sheets had holes The view and setting were amazing - hard to find better Telescope was fun I know the owner leaves out of state so it is doubtful she realizes the condition of her property.

Good property

Feel the sheets, towels and blankets could be upgraded. Beds were comfortable! Toaster had no knob to push start (only metal piece) We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Great location, right on the beach

Well-appointed house and amazing view. Easy walking distance to Pelican Pub or to the Pelican City downtown. Bed in main bedroom was comfortable! Would stay here again!

Oregon Adventure

This was our 1st stop on our trip around Oregon and it was hard to beat. Amazing location right on the beach. It’s a lovely well appointed home with breathtaking views. The kitchen is well equipped for homemade dinners and the house itself is very comfortable. It was perfect!

Kiwanda shores

The house was just as described with plenty of amenities. My grandson loved digging and playing in the sand dune outside. The view was amazing! Plenty of room for family to hang out and be comfortable. Communication was easy, with the management team checking in throughout our stay if we needed anything. The only thing they could not provide for us was for the rainy weather on the first 2 days to stop!! The beds were comfortable. The fireplace was perfect for those rainy days. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Pacific City.

A perfect escape

This property is perfect! Right on the beach, views that are amazing, Cape Kiwanda to climb and experience the ocean views from an elevated perch. The house itself is so comfortable even in winter storms. The propane fireplace is so nice when storms are raging outside . I can’t say enough good things about this place and the helpfulness of the Kiwanda property manager staff.

Very Relaxing Stay

Fall at the Oregon Coast is one of the best times to visit. Ours was blessed with beautirful weather. We've stayed at "At Last #112" before and it continued to meet our needs. One complaint is the dis-organized kitchen. There does not seem to be any coherent logic for where silverware, serving utensiles, meaasureing tools, pans, etc are located. But the rest of the space is very comfortable.

Views for miles

You can’t get closer to the water or a better view than this place! Appreciated the wood floors with such close proximity to so much sand. Kitchen was well equipped. Only drawback was the beds— the mattresses are in desperate need of replacement. And no, the egg carton cover in the main bedroom doesn’t solve the issue.

Amazing view and well-equipped home

We stayed here with our sons ages 18 and 20. It was a very chill location with AMAZING views and lots of nature-oriented things to do. Loved it!

The staff of Kiwanda Coastal Properties are always ready and willing to provide us with missing items, and send maintenance or housekeeping when necessary. It is not often that we are disappointed, and we have already booked our next vacation.
