Great place to stay

I came with my 2 children for a few days and we loved the condo. It was very clean and I have no complaints. Being on the 2nd floor was great. The indoor pool was a hit with my 4 year old due to it being a little colder outside. I will definitely be back.

Location, cleanliness and accommodations were perfect!!

we really enjoyed the short walk to the beach. the condo had everything you would need to enjoy your time and it was by far our favorite place we have stayed!

Great location

Great location, close to the beach and close to shopping. We really enjoyed it and hope to be back. The management company was very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Soccer Tournament in Foley

We decided to stay in Orange Beach due to the proximity to Foley! We had an excellent time, and the condominium was perfect. The views were amazing, and the accommodations were excellent! The condo location was perfect access to the tournament and plenty great restaurants and shopping!

Perfect

Location was great - convenient to everything. Furnishings and decor were nice. Checking in and communication with the property manager was quick and easy. Loved that it wasn’t a long, treacherous walk to the beach. Everyone we came across was friendly. Would book again!

Amazing property!!

We had a wonderful time and cant wait to come back. Would absolutely stay in this unit again. We had a 3 year old boy with us and he had no problems staying entertained. The beach access is so nice and easy. Small crowds with little to no noise at all. Loved our time at Summerchase 204!!

Just Okay

Overall our stay was “just okay.” The building is old and needs updating. The overall exterior is not very clean. Our unit was okay. There was still someone else’s dirty towels hanging behind the hall bathroom door. There were dirty sheets and towels left in the washing machine. The master bathroom door doesn’t latch or stay closed. The best thing about this place is the beach and the location. It is conveniently located between Gulf Shores and Perdido Key.

Wonderful condo in a great location.

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice, the building itself was a little older and could use a little updating, but overall it great. It was a little too chilly to enjoy the ocean or pool outdoors on our trip so the fact the there was an indoor pool and hot tub was great! The building also has a little distance between itself and the others which kept the beach in front a little less crowed. FYI for future guest, plan to bring any cooking and coffee essentials, oil, salt and pepper, coffee filters (#4 basket style), creamer, etc) perhaps at times these things are left behind by other guest, but they don’t seem to be kept in stock unless the guest before us cleaned them out. 😉

Very Pleased

We were very pleased with the property. We were concerned because of Covid 19 but when we entered our concerns were gone. It was very clean and well taken care of. Will definitely return.

Condo was excellent and clean

Property building needs some cleaning of concrete and paint. Elevator’s needs a new flooring other than a rubber mat that moves constantly with the carts.

Absolutely perfect!!

I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. We are already looking at our calendar to see when we will be able to make it back down there. It was super clean and in a great location. Cannot say enough good things about this place!!

COVID beach vacation

We wanted a quick vacation that the kids would enjoy during Corona and this location was perfect! The place was clean and contactless for check-in. The owner texted to verify everything was satisfactory the following morning. We did have a slow drain in the master bathroom that was quickly declogged when I mentioned the issue. The beach wasn’t overcrowded and the beds were comfy. Would definitely return and recommend this location.

Short but very nice stay

We loved this place. Unfortunately we were caught up with COVID 19 and had to leave 5 days earlier than planned. We were disappointed that a refund for these days was not automatic in light of the circumstances and the direction from governments to return home as soon as possible.
