This is a beautifully appointed, bright, comfortable, four bedroom home bordered on three sides by a nature sanctuary. The living, dining, and kitchen area is located on the first floor. The open design is perfect for family time and entertainment. Also located on the first floor is a separate bathroom with a shower and single vanity, as well as the master bedroom with a king sized bed and connecting bath. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the second floor of this beautiful home. One of the bedrooms features a king size bed, another a queen, and the third bedroom has two twin sized beds. All of the bathrooms have attached, full baths and are equipped with flat panel TV's. From the second floor, walk up the stairs to the tower cupola with a good book, and enjoy fabulous views and your favorite drink. The tower has a comfortable sleeper sofa and can serve as an additional sleeping area for guests.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
