Whether you are visiting Arizona for the weather, golf, or spring training you will love our stunning single story home that is over 3200 sq feet, beautifully decorated and features a total of 5 bedrooms; 3 King Suites with luxurious ensuite bathrooms, 2 guest bedrooms a guest bathroom plus there is a TV room with a 55” smart TV with cable, sleeper sofa (queen size) and two arcade games (Pac-man & Golf). For those who love to spend time outdoors the backyard is really the icing on the cake. Enjoy the heated pool, spa and huge 880 square foot covered back patio with outdoor dining, seating, oversized sectional around a large propane firepit, 55” smart TV, built in BBQ grill, lounge chairs, ping pong table and a 4 hole putting green! There is a $60.00 per night pool heat fee that is automatically applied to each booking from October 1st through May 31st. Pool will not be heated any other month. (We cannot guarantee any exact temperature or that in the coldest months it will be at your ideal temperature).

You will enjoy the spacious layout of the home with an open kitchen, living room and dining area overlooking the backyard. We know how important it is to prepare your meals during your stay so you will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen that features a kitchen island with 4 barstools, toaster oven, kitchen utensils, cookware, Keurig & traditional coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, cooktop stove, oven, and dishwasher to name a few. Just off the kitchen is the family room with a sectional sofa where you can snuggle up and read a book or watch your favorite tv shows on the 65” Smart TV with cable. The large dining table has seating for 10 plus there is another table, seating for 4 that serves as a table for eating and a game table for playing poker!
The first King suite features a King size bed, 55” Smart TV w/ cable, dresser, sitting area, makeup table, walk in closet, private bathroom with single sink, walk in shower & direct access to the backyard. The second King suite has direct access to the backyard and features a King size bed, 65” Smart TV w/ cable, dresser, private bathroom with double sinks, walk in shower and walk in closet. The third King suite features a King size bed, 55” Smart TV w/ cable, desk & chair, private bathroom with double sinks, walk in shower and walk in closet. The guest bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and guest bedroom # 2 has a bunk bed with Twin/Full size bed.
The TV room is perfect to hang out and chill! It has a sleeper sofa (Queen size), 55” Smart TV w/ cable and 2 arcade games (golf & pac-man). There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience and the garage has some exercise equipment available for your use during your stay.
The pictures and listing really do not do this home justice. You never even have to leave. Free Fun! Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. You may choose to go to the Phoenix Zoo in the morning then golf at lunch and then Medieval times that evening.
