Beautiful Nob Hill Apartment with amazing views and location

The space

The Apartment is in a beautiful neighborhood in San Francisco steps away from public transportation (1 block walk to Cable Cars) Downtown Union Square, Fisherman's wharf, Russian Hill, Nob Hill, North Beach and Chinatown. You will have access to the entire apartment and parking (if requested) in the apartment.

The Apartment is very centralized and you can get to almost about anywhere by walking an half hour or less. It has Million Dollar views of Coit Tower, Trans America building and Waterfront Fishermans Wharf.

Top Floor 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Apartment off and enclosed private street. Guest have full access to High Speed Internet, Digital cable TV (NETFLIX,Xfinity,HBO) Xbox One S UHD Blu-ray, Projector and Kitchen Washer/Dryer amenities. BBQ grill outside available for use. Baby/Child proofing items are available upon request.

Secured garage parking may be available at times at an extra $15 per day (1 week minimum), or midsized vehicle can be rented for $55 per day $300 per week or $500 per month with a $500 deposit. A Scooter (150cc) can also be rented at $150 per month with a $150 security deposit (garage parking is included with vehicle rental)

The Apartment has a Queen size Sofa Couch and air mattress for extra guests.

It's close to hip cool bars and nice shops and delicious food. I love to show people around if they are out of town or just visiting the city.

Guest access

Guest will have access to the washer and dryer, kitchen and other amenities in the unit. Baby proofing items are also available in the apartment at your convenience.
