No car needed! It is ideally situated; two blocks to the top of Nob Hill and the California St. cable car, four blocks to Union Square and the Powell/Mason St. cable car. Easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the theater district. Two public parking garages within one block.
French doors open out to a private garden patio with soothing fountain. Spacious living area, new remodeled kitchen with breakfast bar and all new stainless steel appliances. About the owner: A native San Franciscan, born at St. Joseph's Hospital, raised in the Sunset, attended San Francisco State and Golden Gate Universities. As a teenager in the sixties, attended my fair share of rock concerts at the Fillmore and Winterland. Froze my tail off many a night watching Willie Mays and the Giants at Candlestick Park. I've lived on Nob Hill, Russian Hill and out in the Marina. Worked as a bartender at Ghirardelli Square, worked my way through school as a construction laborer in the Financial District and in the nineties, had my real estate office in the Flood Building at Powell and Market St. A lifelong sailor, I still love looking at the city skyline from SF Bay as much as I did the first time I saw it. I hope you enjoy my city.
