Guests will have full access to the condo. It will be their own private use with the exception of 2 owner's closets that contain supplies.
The neighborhood is largely residential with a view of the ski area. There is a tavern next door that has apres ski(happy hour) from 3pm - 6pm (Adolph's). You can also rent equipment (skis, snowboards, snow shoes) from Alpine Sun next door as well. Both are 2 minute walk. About the Area The Winter Park Resort base area is less than a half mile from the condo. There is a free bus within Winter Park called The Lift. The bus stop is directly across from the entrance to the condo complex, and we are one stop from the Winter Park base and about a 10 minute ride to downtown Winter Park. There is a great website (URL HIDDEN) that lists lots of local activities, everything from bike races to music festivals to ice skating and tubing. The Base Camp Condo is directly across from the bus stop that takes you to the Winter Park base and to downtown. It is one stop away from the base (about 2 minutes), so you save on parking and can be skiing, hiking, or mountain biking in minutes. If you prefer to walk to the ski area, it is a (1/2 mile) or 10 minute walk to the Winter Park Base Area, additional shops, restaurants, etc.
