This was an awesome place to stay . Lovely well cared for grounds and it's location was perfect for walking around the historic district filled with restaurants, shops etc. The neighborhood was safe and the unit was very clean and offered many amenities. The owner was very pleasant and responsive. I can understand why this place is so highly rated.

Great stay fia quick trip. The location was within easy walking distance of the downtown attractions which made it perfect. For a longer stay the one bathroom for 4 people, two teenagers might be tough but worked fine for is for a shorter trip.

Wonderful stay! Everything exactly as described. Easy to check in. Place is within walking distance of everything in town. We walked all the way to the lighthouse and back. Easy to get to trolley. Beds are comfortable, shower /bathroom clean and well supplied with towels and soap. Checkout also easy. Will stay again!

Parking was great (we had 2 parking spaces on the property). The property was clean and comfortable and within easy walking distance to Historic Downtown St Augustine. Kirsten, the property manager, was quick to respond to any communication. We would recommend this property to anyone who is interested in being near the Historic District.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. For clarification, we provide six large bath towels and six hand towels, which are typically sufficient for most guests for stays of three days or longer. In addition, guests have complimentary access to a washer and dryer located just outside the apartment, making it easy to refresh towels and linens during extended stays. Regarding the shower, we have chosen a magnetic handheld shower head for our apartments. This design allows guests to easily detach the shower head and use it at any angle that is most comfortable for them if the fixed position does not suit their preference. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience. Thank you for staying with us.
