Great place in a quiet neighborhood close to city park and old town. The fenced yard was necessary for us with our dogs.So nice to have air conditioning since we were there during a very hot few days.

Quiet neighborhood and great location close to downtown and trails. We found the property adequate. The kitchen lacked counter space, the bathroom is very very small, the heater exceptionally noisy and the furniture and beds uncomfortable. On the up side, being dog friendly and having a fully fenced backyard were distinct positives. Given the historic nature of the property, it is only fair to conclude that this home is what it is.

This was a perfect spot for our family of four to rent for thanksgiving. It gave us our own space so we weren’t underfoot at our relatives place. Would book again!
This house was beautiful - fun decor, all the amenities you could ask for, very responsive owners, we had an absolute blast! We’re already planning our next trip back!
Not far from Old Town and CSU. Quant, older bungalow with all the needed updates. Look forward to staying there again.
