The unit was clean and bright. The beds were very comfortable and it was a peaceful sleep. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The bathroom had plenty of towels and soap etc... There was a full washer/dryer in the unit which is always nice to have.

Nice clean little villa with well maintained grounds. We stayed a week while our little pup was at the CSU vet hospital and the location was very convenient to the vet hospital. It is also an easy drive to restaurants, retail outlets as well as the wonderful downtown Fort Collins area. We will definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at University Acres. We loved the home and location. Home was super clean and had all the amenities for a perfect stay including cruiser bikes that allowed for a great family bike on the Poudre Trail. Stacy was very responsive and professional as our host and we could not be happier with our stay. We look forward to returning again on our next trip to Fort Collins. Highly recommend this property.

This was a perfect spot to stay while in Fort Collins. Location is close to old town, Poudre bike trail and the University. The convenience of having a yard worked really well for us since we had 2 dogs with us. The full kitchen and washer and dryer made it really convenient for a 10 day stay. Stacy was a great host and answered any questions we had very promptly.

Perfect for what we needed!

We weren’t at the property much but it was great for what we needed, a place to stay while visiting family during the holiday. Nice location, sweet neighborhood with children and dogs, lots of friendly neighbors too! Also the mattress was very comfortable :) I am a pillow snob so I can’t comment on those because I just need my own pillow but the mattress was great! Thanks Stacey!
