Beautiful single family home in a great location in Historic downtown Breckenridge. The house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 10 with 3 full bathrooms. Large open living room and kitchen to gather after a day of skiing or hiking. Quiet and serene back patio which backs hiking and biking trails.
Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and Carter Park. Ski shuttle stop near house. For the summer, the house backs open space with bike and hiking trails. Plenty of space for multiple families or groups. Great location, great space, private home.

Great Location

Clean and great location walking distance to Main St and Ridge St. We had 10 individuals (no couples) and was easily able to make it work with 6 beds. Would definitely stay here again for another trip to Breck!

Breck NYE 2020

We had a great time in Breck, and Gina's place is in a very good location, just within walking distance from town (for us sea level folks). The house was clean, just as described, and Gina was very responsive. The only disappoinment was that the gas fireplace was broken when we were there, but since the air is so dry in CO, we may not have used it much anyway. Would stay again. Sincerely, the Blue Crabs.

Perfect location

We spent a week at Gina's home just a couple blocks off Main St and it was wonderful. The home has all the amenities needed and is so close to everything. Gina is the best communicator I think we've had when renting in Breck! I highly recommend this home and I know we will be back.

Beautiful, Centrally Located Property in Breckenridge

Located in the heart of Breckenridge, this home offered everything that our family of six needed for a summertime stay: a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, laundry room, an outdoor grill and hot tub. The central location made access to Breckenridge activities and hiking a breeze! Gina, our host, answered questions promptly, and even assisted us with some restaurant recommendations. We will definitely look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful home close to everything!

This was my second stay at this property, my first was in the winter. This home is large enough for entertaining friends (with all the conveniences of home) and close enough to walk to everything. Literally, two blocks to "downtown" Breck, 10-minute walk to the BreckConnect Gondola. Only a few miles to some of the most beautiful trailheads. Additional public parking 1.5 blocks away. Market within walking distance. Private setting. Very clean.

It is a beautiful, private, single family home where multiple families or large families can gather and enjoy all that Breckenridge has to offer. It is in the quaint Historic District of Breckenridge, walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. Our house backs open space where in the summer you can take the biking/hiking trails all over the area.
