Perfect location for a few days on the island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit provided just what we needed. After several days of research we chose it based on the "Free Parking" offered. It worked out perfectly. It's within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. Also easy enough to get in and out of when driving to other parts of the island. The views from the balcony and bedrooms were amazing. The hotel itself is older, and it shows signs of it. The elevators seemed to have a mind of their own. They would randomly stop on floors or go up and down on their own. Noticed that the free parking is going to be eliminated in the future, so not sure if we would stay here again since that was the biggest selling point for us, but we had a wonderful time there this trip!

Really great views, a good place if you are out most of the day. The elevators are a little glitchy sometimes. The room was clean when we came although the window coverings weren’t functional in the living room. The toilet also makes a funny noise when flushing. For the price it’s not a bad option as the location is great.

Location, Location, Location!

The view from our balcony was just as the photo shows! We also were not far from the beach and other attractions of Waikiki, such as restaurants. The only somewhat difficult thing that we faced was unlocking the door to the condo. The coded box on the door was very tempermental to operate, and often took many attempts to open, but we always succeeded.

Pool was shaded in the afternoon and a bit cool but that's not their fault at all just something to note if thats important to you. Rooms were clean, comfortable and a great location for easy access to the beach, restaurants etc. Great view of Diamond Head from the livingroom and balcony and great view of the beach from the bedrooms. All in all great experience and we would gladly do it again.

Amazing location!

Small condo but has everything you need. Bed in master was very comfortable. Location is everything and really nice to have parking. 2 blocks to great beach with safe swimming. Nice to not be by all of the crowds but able to get to the heart of Waikiki beach with a short walk. Highly recommend!

Beautiful views and great location

Beautiful sunrises overlooking Diamond Head and two block walk to Waikiki beach for great restaurants, shopping or simply lounging on Waikiki Beach. The condo was very clean and just perfect! The entire process from beginning to end was smooth, received emails and text messages for check in and felt very informed. Kudos to James and team!

Incredible views

Walkable and continently located condo on the upper floors with incredible ocean and mountain views from high above. Truly a highlight. Building itself is older and little run down, but don’t be fooled walking in because the condo itself modern and updated. FYI, the garage is a tight fit and says 6 foot clearance, but we were able to fit our Jeep

Apartment was nicer than the building.

An oasis inside a shabby old building. It was comfortable but felt sketchy when checking in with security. Overall, great stay. Just be prepared to be surprised with building itself.

Great room and location. Responsive owner

I was very impressed by the venue. Owner professional, approachable via text and available. Room was in good shape, loved the view from 32nd floors. Location is perfect in terms of restaurants and the beach. It was my dad 70th bday and I bought my parents here and they loved the room.

Nice place, great views, easily accessible location to get in and out of Waikiki if you have a car.

It was great to wake up to great views each morning. We had what we needed with a small kitchen, two bedrooms with clean and comfortable beds, and easy access to drive in and out of Waikiki. The beach, stores and restaurants were an easy walk, but we were away just enough where we didn’t have to deal with the crowds.

Beautiful views!

It is a lovely unit. The management was helpful and informative. The condo was just the right size for us. Our only concern was our check out time. We thought we had until 11am but due to the cleaner knocking multiple times starting at 7:30am and the management asking when we would be leaving, we left as quickly as possible. Other than that it was marvelous. We would highly recommend this unit, just verify your check out time.

Great family getaway

The location was perfect for access to the beach and within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in Waikiki. Just enough room for our family of four with the pullout couch. We had a great vacation!

Budget Friendly

The description is accurate and the condo is nice with beautiful views. I should have known staying on the 32 floor includes wind gusts knocking over lamps and slamming shut windows and doors, but didn’t think about it and it was a bit unnerving. The part we disliked the most was the elevator. Numerous stops, long waits, service people with the largest service carts, repair and equipment service people and parts, no digital displays to determine where the elevators are except in the Lobby, unfinished elevators., having to let full elevators go and wait for next ones, crowding in. The communication with Cook Resorts and contacts could have been better. There was a full floor loud alarm in the dead middle of night and no one ever got back to me about it, the only response I got was a question about it. We didn’t know if we should evacuate or what it was. Parking lot was challenging at times and designed so everyone has to crane necks to see if there’s parking. 1 washing machine and dryer per floor. This was budget friendly, clean, comfortable beds, lots of closet and drawer space, nice central A/C, and location great for walking into Waikiki for great dinners, but our preference is a beach house and we did that this trip as well on North Shore, so that could mostly be why we weren’t as happy here, just preference.
