Jaco Hilltop Home with Pool and Outdoor Rancho

This 4 bedroom home with private pool is a perfect place for a vacation with friends or family. Convenient location on a hilltop overlooking Jaco and the surrounding green valleys. Only 1 km to the beach and downtown, but it feels like you are in a different world. Perfect for a BBQ by the pool or reading a book under the shade of the rancho. The entire property is fenced in and has an electric gate, includes parking for 2 cars.
Great views from around the property. Mountains, fields, and nature. It has an open air feel due to it's hilltop position.Unique neighborhood, all the homes are built along a ridge with views on both sides.There is usually a nice breeze.The indoor area is fully equipped and comfortable, colda/c.
The entire home and pool area is private for you and your guests. Property shares common driveway with 3 private apartments behind the house.

Having a vehicle is ideal, but taxis are easily available. Downtown and the beach is just 3 min in a taxi.

First Costa Rica experience

The property manager Matthew was easy to deal with and went out of his way to accommodate any issues had. Also Yuri cares for the property and fixed some of the things that were not working correctly. Overall we managed a month in this property. It was not what we expected for the rate. Actually we were expecting something really nice and were shocked at run down cupboards and furniture. The pool was great. The windows are nice and the air conditioning worked well. There is no oven and no vent over the cooking surface. The freezer leaks into the fridge. The dryer is vented into the room that it is in, that room also has open space to the outside. We were very disappointed on first arriving but we made it work.
