Belle South Shore Beach Block Shore House! Situé dans le quartier très recherché et calme de Townsend Inlet. Disposition de l'avant vers l'arrière pour donner l'impression d'une maison unifamiliale. Immense espace de divertissement au rez-de-chaussée avec plafonds voûtés. Chambres séparées pour la famille au premier étage. Le vaste pont enveloppant de la zone de vie offre un grand espace extérieur pour se détendre et se rassembler. L'ensemble du troisième étage offre une suite parentale isolée avec une terrasse privée et une salle de bains. Il y a un grand cabanon extérieur qui sera disponible pour que vous puissiez ranger vos vélos et jouets de plage! Il y a aussi une douche extérieure et un placard de rangement pour votre commodité.

Prenez votre chaise de plage (4 fournis) et vos jouets (fournis) et marchez jusqu'à la plage. Vous n'êtes qu'à quelques minutes à vélo (1 avec siège enfant) de Sunset Pier, The Beachwood, Blitz's Market avec La Colombe Coffee, une aire de jeux récemment rénovée, Nickleby’s, Scoops Ice Cream, Hank’s Sauce et le Fishin 'Grille Restaurant. Vous pouvez également traverser le pont pour découvrir les restaurants et boutiques qu'Avalon et Stone Harbor ont à offrir.

Our Family vacation was terrific with this close to beach property that was excellent for 8 adults. The house was exactly as described and perfect layout for dinner inside and out, watching the FIFA World cup, and a quick walk to the beach each morning and night. The hosts were excellent with their communications, check-in, and check out. We would definitely rent again at this location in the future.

Our stay was amazing. The house is great and just a short walk to the beach. It was nice that there were beach chairs and bikes for use. We have rented many places and this was the first time we received a message from the host that we could check in before our check-in time! It was probably just luck, but we’ll take it. If you’re looking for a nice house in Sea Isle City, book this one. You won’t be disappointed!

Clean & Comfortable

We had a great week. This was our first stay in Sea Isle, besides day trips. Clean and updated home that is close to 81st street beach. Owners are very responsive and attentive.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great location - about a block from the beach. Unit was clean and spacious. Bikes were great. Kitchen could be a little bit better equipped (ie better cork screw, dishtowels), but overall we were very pleased. Thank you!

John & Beth were great hosts. This is a great location as the property is 2 blocks from the beach, close to convenient store, coffee, restaurants/bar. The "Jitney" is very convenient to get you anywhere up and down Landis Ave. There are 3 bedrooms on 1st floor with 1 full bathroom. Half bathroom on main living floor and 1 full bathroom on 3rd floor with master bedroom only. This property is a duplex and located on the "south side" (back side). Big fenced in back area which is great for keeping all the beach stuff, shed, outdoor shower, trash cans, etc. Nice sized deck off the main living area (table for 6 w umbrella and separate seating area for 4-6 people). We loved this place.

Perfect stay in our favorite shore town!

We rented this home for a beach vacation with our two toddler sons, our friends, and their two young daughters and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Everything was easy about the rental and booking process, and the owners were very communicative, friendly, and provided plenty of information prior to our check-in and again before check-out. We enjoyed so many things about this home and would absolutely stay again. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated with adorable beach inspired furnishings, and had plenty of amenities like outdoor furniture on the upper deck, a grill, and best of all, it was a quick walk to the beach! We loved everything about our stay and hope to come back soon. Thank you again, John & Beth for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great House in a Great Location!

Super cute house with great owners! John and Beth are very buttoned up and responsive owners. We appreciated the pre-and post- communications with what to expect and tips. We were a family of 4 with a pre-teen and teenager and everyone had plenty of room to relax. All the amenities we needed and plenty of storage for all of our gear! The house is in the back of the lot - very quiet and private. We would definitely rent again!

We purchased this beautiful, Townsend Inlet beach home and are very excited to share our home with you! We have two wonderful boys and have a full-time residence in Doylestown, PA. We have been vacationing in Sea Isle City for years and eager to make wonderful memories in our home!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This property is unique due to its layout. It is located in the back of the lot where it provides plenty of space to relax and enjoy coffee on the large private, wrap around deck. ( You don't need to share a deck with your neighbors!) You enter the home along a walkway that takes you towards the back of the home where you have a large yard with plenty of space to store your beach chairs and bikes! It is quiet and secluded!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The close proximity to the beach and bridge to access Avalon and Stone Harbor shore points; as well as, everything that Sea Isle has to offer! It's a great location for family and friends to relax and enjoy wonderful memories with friends and family.
