Timberline Haus - una propiedad de SkyRun Nederland Timberline Haus es una impresionante casa nueva con vistas a Barker Reservoir. Esta casa se encuentra a solo 15 minutos de la estación de esquí de Eldora y goza de una ubicación ideal para disfrutar de una mañana relajante y disfrutar de las pistas antes del ajetreo de media mañana. Después de disfrutar de un día en las montañas, deténgase y experimente la diversión local en el centro de Nederland. Cuando llegue a esta casa por primera vez, notará que no se parece en nada a ninguna otra propiedad, podrá estacionar su automóvil en el garaje y dirigirse directamente a esta hermosa casa. Cuando entre por primera vez en el garaje, estará en la "sala de barro" y allí es donde están la lavadora y la secadora a las que tiene acceso durante su estadía. Probablemente te darás cuenta de que todos los pisos son de concreto y se calientan. Una vez que ingrese a la casa, quedará arrastrado por las vistas que dan al agua y cómo está abierto el plano de la cocina y la sala de estar. Salga a la enorme terraza donde podrá disfrutar de una agradable cena de barbacoa mientras se cuelga junto a la familia en la fogata. El dormitorio principal está en el piso principal y está lleno de ventanas de techo a piso que dan al embalse. No se preocupe, tenemos cortinas opacas para cuando necesita una siesta después de esquiar o hacer caminatas todo el día. Hay un baño principal adjunto al dormitorio principal y un enorme armario. Bajando por las escaleras es donde encontrarás 2 dormitorios más y un baño. Una de las habitaciones tiene una cama queen y un baño adjunto y la otra tiene 2 literas grandes donde puedes enviar a los niños a jugar. Al salir de la planta baja, encontrará una cubierta trasera cubierta donde vive la bañera de hidromasaje. Las vistas mientras está sentado en la bañera de hidromasaje son simplemente espectaculares y siempre mantenemos el spa agradable y caliente. A SkyRun le encantaría que te hospedes en Timberline Haus y disfrutes de un buen momento en la montaña. De qué debes estar consciente: - Puede ser ventoso. - Sin mascotas. No Fumar. - Ocupación máxima 8 / sin eventos. Lo que te encantará: - Increíble vista. - A dos minutos del centro de Nederland. - A estrenar y gama alta.

Simply an amazing place to stay and visit. Nederland itself is such a cool small town with a lot of very friendly people. The views from the property are just stunning. We lucked out with some amazing sunsets and even some distant thunderstorms that were a real treat to watch passing over the mountains. Highly recommend this place and is one of my favorite places I have ever stayed!

Beautiful setting

Long weekend away, and this was perfect. Proximity to Boulder and hiking trails was fantastic, along with the cute little town of Nederland. I hope to come back!

Lovely home in a fabulous setting

Gorgeous views, close proximity to Nederland, Boulder, and the Rocky Mountain National Park. Moonshine on the water, sunrise on the surrounding mountains. Beautiful, quiet, peaceful location.

Breathtaking views, amazing house

Loved staying here! The town is adorable, close enough drive to everything we wanted to see (Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, Boulder, Denver, Red Rocks). The house was amazing and had everything we needed. Wish I was still on the deck enjoying the view!

My family had a lovely stay at this property. It is beautiful inside and out and the views are breathtaking. It's a calming getaway, close to town and nearby natural attractions. This is the second time we pick this property for our winter vacation and we absolutely love it. This is a modern and well equiped property. The views are amazing and the comunication with the property manager was great. We will be back next year.

This beautiful home was perfect for our family! Nederland never fails to have outstanding restaurants for such a small town. Close to many trails of various hiking levels. Very comfortable, fantastic views! Communiation with Linda and staff at SkyRun was great!

Wonderful home with spectacular views

I traveled to Colorado with my wife and four children. We did lots of hiking, skiing and plenty of relaxing. Especially liked watching the sunsets and seeing a Moose in the yard!

Beautiful house. Fantastic view from the balcony.. actually everywhere! Great hiking trails nearby. Nederland's shopping and restaurants were outstanding with super friendly people! Easy to follow directions to the house and communication with SkyRun was first rate.

an ideal retreat space

We booked the Timberline Haus for a small artist retreat, and it turned out to be the ideal location! The terrace is perfect for morning coffee and writing. Every indoor space receives ample natural light that is conducive to creative practices. The options for hiking are ample and conveniently nearby. We look forward to staying again :)

Amazing home!

This home is spectacular! Stunning views of the lake, Nederland and front range. The home is well set up with plenty of space and excellent amenities. Only 30 minutes to Boulder. Additionally, can access hiking in 20 minutes. Would love to stay again.

Stunning views and exceptional service

We had a fantastic stay during spring break. About 5 min to Nederland, 25 min from Boulder and 15 min from Eldora, you’re not far from anything. The house is stunning and so comfortable. We had great communication with SkyRun, the managers and they were available to answer all questions. Loved the hot tub after skiing! 10/10 would book again.

Amazing property

Every time i stay at a hotel or i rent any property i think that next time at this area I'll stay at a different place just to try something new. This house is so excellent that i want to stay only here if i happen to travel to Colorado again. Floor plan, design, location exceeded our expectations. We were only sad when we were leaving it.

the best trip ever

We absolutely loved our time at this property. It’s exactly as described, even more beautiful in person. The views were breathtaking. We had a slight issue checking in (code wasn’t working) but the property management team was great and extremely responsive and got us in right away! I highly recommend this property. There is so much to do within the property and it’s a close drive to the downtown area that was very quaint and exactly what we were looking for. If we are back in the area, we would want to stay at this property again!
