Hermosa casa actualizada en un barrio tranquilo. Corto viaje a la plaza. Conveniente para la zona de esquí de Santa Fe y la ópera de Santa Fe. Gran patio fuera de la zona LR / DR con barbacoa para comer al aire libre. 4 dormitorios con 4 camas, 3 baños. 2 áreas de estar distintas para compartir en familia.
La exclusiva área abierta LR / DR tiene un complejo central de pilares / chimeneas. Los rayos de techo irradian desde esta a las paredes exteriores. La cocina tiene hermosos mostradores de granito azul con gabinetes de madera de cerezo. A juego con pisos de madera de cerezo en la cocina, la sala de estar y el comedor. Puertas de entrada talladas a mano y puertas de armarios de entrada conducen a una entrada de arenisca.
Durante los últimos tres veranos, hemos alquilado nuestra casa a la Ópera de Santa Fe. Famosos directores y cantantes han disfrutado de nuestro hogar. Tu tambien !!

This is a fantastic property. My entire family (8 adults and 2 small children) stayed here for a wedding in Santa Fe. It accommodated us perfectly and everyone was impressed with the beauty and comfort of the house and grounds. Walt is a great host and communication was easy with him.

House was very clean, and quite comfortable. We enjoyed making a fire on the patio. It was great for watching the humming birds. The location was great for visiting our favorite restaurants. We have visited Santa Fe many times through the years since our son lives there. The highlight of our stay was dinner at Sason. Incredible ! Wonderful for celebrating our anniversary ! Sisters and Daughters Getaway

Lovely property! Family loved spending time in Sante Fe and the property was perfect. Close enough to the city but quiet enough that we were able to relax. Wish we could have stayed longer and already talking about coming back!

Great views and location!

Loved the accommodations and Walt was super helpful. The house had everything we needed. Location is really close to downtown but we felt like we were in the mountains with amazing views. Great stay - highly recommended!

The house is amazing!

Girls trip

This is a lovely spacious Property. A wonderful place to gather with friends. The home is beautifully decorated and the outside plants and flowers were lovely. There are nice views and a wonderful patio area.

Great Santa Fe getaway

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was clean and spacious. Our family of 4 was able to spread out and be comfortable. The house is close to everything but still seemed to be remote. We loved the location and Walt was a great host and very fast with communication. Highly recommend!

NM vacation

The house and property was large and private with great views. Very clean and reasonably well stocked with kitchen supplies. There were some quirks with the hot water system but hopefully the owner/manager will include them in the house notes for future guests. All and all and enjoyable stay.

The quirks that Debra referred to are related to a timing issue with the instant hot water feature which our home has. That item has been now addressed in a newly revised version of the house notes. (The house notes are provided to our guests as their check in date approaches).

Family funeral

My brother, sister in law, two nieces, myself and daughter traveled back to Santa Fe for a family funeral. Walt’s house was amazing. Loved sitting in the patio and enjoyed the views and smells of Santa Fe. We had more than enough room. Would definitely stay there again.

Santa Fe beauty

The location couldn't have been any more convenient to the mountains or the square! This beautiful home had wonderful accomodations and tons of space for entertaining. The views of the mountains in the distance were amazing and it was great to see the gorgeous sunrise each morning. This home was a true gem and we're so happy we chose to ring in the new year here at Casa Manana!

Unbelievably peaceful

The home is spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. With breathtaking mountain views, it offers a peaceful retreat just a mile from downtown Santa Fe. The morning sunlight streaming through the windows is truly remarkable. The host was attentive and responsive, providing all the guidance and support necessary for a perfect stay. I would rent this home again without hesitation.

Walt was so great in response time with answers to my questions and to give us directions to property, directions and instructions during our stay. He even called during our stay to update us on a bear sighting in area and to make sure we were safe. A beautiful home for our family gatherI got.

Fantastic for our 2 families!

We had a wonderful time at his property! The house was more than adequate with the sleeping arrangements and bathrooms. The kitchen was phenomenal and well equipped for our Thanksgiving indulgences. Lots of space to sit and chat or play games or read. The basement was where the kids seem to gravitate towards. They enjoyed playing outside as well. And the house seem so close to everything we needed, the grocery stores, hikes, skiing, the Loretto Chapel, meow Wolf. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Much better than expected

The pictures and summary do not do this property justice. Extremely well built home and well stocked. It is a little difficult to truly describe the layout but is extremely functional. the neighborhood is such that you do not see or hear your neighbors. Santa Fe is crowded at Christmas

Location! Location! Spacious, and Cleanly Home

This home more than accommodated our needs while staying in Santa Fe. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms a big plus! So much room to spread out in. Kitchen stocked with everything one needs, along with some basic food items like spices, cooking oil and sugar. Patio area was beautiful and private. Owner very very easy to communicate with. I would suggest the owner post clearer instructions on how to locate the home. Home addresses do not necessarily run numerically!

Best vacation rental we have stayed at Santa Fe.

We particularly loved this house. It's beautiful and comfortable. It's a well-planned build. It is a very short distance to the plaza, less than 2 minutes. By the way, it has a great, tuned piano for those that love to play. I saw it in the description and took music along. The neighborhood is quiet. All appliances worked. The air conditioning is referred to as a "swamp cooler." Don't let that scare you off, it works great! The entire house was cool during the July hot spell. We plan to rent it again.

Being natives of Minnesota, we moved into this home in 1985 and lived here for 25+ years. We remodeled in 2007 and have since moved to be near our children and grandchildren. We love our home and Santa Fe and return as often as we can.

We have a very convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. Having a rural feel but yet close to downtown Santa Fe is a real plus. Being close to nature is wonderful. We often have deer in our yard, sometimes seen outside our window as we eat breakfast!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our home is really unique. The living room/dining room/kitchen area is octagonal-plus shaped with exposed beams converging upward to an offset central pedestal. This central pedestal contains a huge kiva fireplace on the living room side and a double fireplace on the dining room side. It is a real pleasure to sit in the living room and marvel at the design. Very relaxing!

Some of the features of our home that you'll enjoy are the following:

- Unique design with beautiful kitchen & living quarters
- Close in location but yet has a rural feel
- Hand carved doors in front entry area
- Air conditioned with evaporative cooler
- Hand crafted railings along steps leading to front entry
- 2 distinct living areas for families sharing

- Recent upgrades include a new Stearns & Foster queen size bed in the master bedroom. We now have 2 queen size beds, 2 double beds and 1 twin size bed. All beds are of good quality for comfortable sleeping.
