You will love our home across the street from a park with basketball and tennis courts with full bathrooms and park. You’ll also be able to enjoy the running and bike bath behind our neighborhood. Our home is less than five minutes from Arrowhead Towne Center with all you would want and perfect recliner seat movie theater. We have three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The third bedroom has a crib but now also has a full bed. We do allow some animals to stay - just ask! There is also parking in our garage. The entire home is fully renovated. The place will have plenty of new fresh towels and bed sheets. We also provide all the bathroom essentials. Fast reliable WiFi with FireStick TV. We have a flat 65 Inch TV with a BlueRay DVD player. The pool is private and cleaned weekly. Our goal is to make your stay as easy and luxurious as possible. You will love our home and location! Any questions - just ask!

Great house for family with kids, nice neighborhood host was very responsive and helpful however supplies (dishes, towels, remotes etc ) were not as fully stocked as I would have expected,-not as set up on arrival Overall still good

Great place!

Very nice home with very comfortable furnishings and clean. Well stocked kitchen and property owners are terrific! Greatly appreciate having water and coffee on hand when we arrived. Family friendly and great for kids. We will stay again!

Family Stay

The house was very nice and comfortable for our family, and it was great that we could include our little dog. The pool was clean and the neighborhood was very peaceful and close to shopping. Feb visit

Stayed for month of Feb. Location is great with park very close and food stores minutes away. Also quick access to expressways. Just be aware that pool can not really be used in winter months since it is not heated.

Beautiful home with gorgeous pool!

If you love a gorgeous backyard with a huge porch including built in barbecue grill, spacious yard that has a section of artificial grass, and a gorgeous pool, this is the house for you! There is a gate for safety if you have children, and the property is dog friendly! Caleb was amazing to work with, nice and professional! We will definitely stay again in the future!

Great spot for a family. Excellent host.

Caleb is an excellent host. Very communicative and flexible, checked in to make sure everything was going well. House has lots of common space and has everything you'll need. Easy check in and check out. The pool was great in the heat, and well maintained. There was a dust storm that brought some dirt into the pool, but by the next day the pool was clean and ready for use.

Perfect!!!!!

My son had a baseball tournament in Surprise/Goodyear stadiums, so we decided to rent a house and share it with another son/mom. Caleb was so attentive from check in to check out! The house was in a prime location; close to the freeways, grocery stores, food, etc. Having a washer and dryer was so nice! Beautiful pool and huge kitchen. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. We enjoyed every minute! Thank you again so much!!

Thanksgiving vacation

Overall the property was nice, quiet neighborhood with a nice park across the street to walk the dog. Check-in was easy and Caleb was a great host! Beds were comfortable, large fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer which worked great and the pool area was so lovely to sit in the sun! The only thing which could have been improved was the cleanliness of the dining room chairs and the bathroom mats, and I have a sensative nose and could smell cat remnants (litter box?) My partner and mother could not smell anything, so it might have just been me. Overall we had a very good stay and again, Caleb was a great host!

Peoria Oct 2024 stay

The place was pretty good but had a few issues. The biggest was the bedding wasn’t cleaned and this was apparent because of hair on all 3 of the bed sheets. The pool also wasn’t clean and had dirt at the bottom. The listing said the car could be parked in the garage but the garage was packed full of things making that not possible.

Thanks for staying, Matthew! I’m glad you had a good stay overall, but I’m really sorry about the dog hair on the sheets. We did clean the bedding, but the folks before you had 3 dogs and the clean didn’t get all the hair off. I’ll make sure this is addressed with new sheets for future guests. The garage is being cleared as we update some furniture, and the pool gets cleaned weekly, but storms can bring in some dust. We truly try to make every stay perfect, but stuff happens. I appreciate your feedback and would love to have you back to make it right. Take care!

Highly advise to find another place!

We were very disappointed in the condition of this property. Garage and closets haphazardly filled with worn and dingey pillows, blankets, mattresses, furniture, pictures and towels. 50% of the blinds had the wands broken off, and the ones with wands were hit and miss on working. Worse part was condition of dishes, cups, pots ,pans , bowls and appliances. There was dried food and grease on items. The dishes were chipped and unsanitary. Cups with dried residue in cabinets. The host "accommodated" us with 2 new towels (for a 30day stay), and a small pan and small pot. These conditions were after we were told that the home was being deep cleaned and sanitized. Tried to cancel our reservation after continuously finding more and more unacceptable items and basically at mercy of host who was unwilling to let us out of contract. Do NOT Recommend staying here. I have attached pictures of the condition of items , unfortunately can only upload 8 but I think the condition will be apparent.

It’s important to note that we didn’t hear from you until two weeks into your 30-day visit, at which point you requested a full refund. Even so, we responded promptly and did our best to address your concerns by dropping off brand new dishes, cookware, and towels. Just after your stay, another guest checked in for an 3-night stay and left a glowing 5-star review on Airbnb, which we believe reflects the home and the care we put into everything. We still took your feedback seriously and used it to make continued improvements. It was proper time for new window blinds throughout, and we did that. Thank you again for the feedback. Mom & daughter pool get away...

Picked a place close to us with a pool to just relax for 2 days...came into the house to stacks of semi-dry towels for the whole house...then each bathroom had just enough Toilet Paper for maybe 2 times and didn't get anymore till the next day after 5pm...not nice to be paperless... also no paper towels or napkins? First night there we had a monsoon, so couldn't use pool but no one showed up next morning to clean up the mess... so we spent more than an hour cleaning it ourselves, but then the pump turned off ....so we just swam in the dirt...VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Even the pool umbrella was broken and we had to put a chop stick in it to keep it up!!! House was cute but really needs work. Caleb was very nice and easy to work with but if he is going to really rent this place, he really needs to up his game! Caleb and his house have great potential... So maybe this will help! No written book for rules or information.

Our pool service visits twice a week, but the Arizona monsoon season can still sometimes create unexpected challenges. I offered a full refund for your $200 two-night stay, and I hope you received that message. Additionally, we did have extra towels and toilet paper stocked in the supply closet. I wish I had known about the shortage during your stay so we could have addressed it promptly. Our goal and commitment is for every guest to have a fantastic experience or receive a refund.

Great house for our family and two dogs for the week. Very cozy and a great location close to the Peoria entertainment district/Spring Training! Hosts had great communication and the house had everything we needed in the kitchen to make and serve family dinners. WiFi worked great and the backyard was perfect for our pups. Really nice master bath and shower too!

Wonderful House

The house was great. It was large and open. Had many amenities and having access to park in the garage was nice. The area was nice and safe..the park across the street was great. Pool and outside was nice. Pool does not have a heater so was chilly due to some rain and cloudy weather. We would definitely stay again. The owner was. Ery responsive and great to deal with.

Beautiful kid and pet friendly home!

I can’t say enough great things about this property. Caleb was the perfect host - very friendly, hospitable, and quickly available as needed. He even stopped by on multiple occasions during our one month stay to bring mail that had been delivered for us. The neighborhood was great and the property itself was incredibly convenient for our family, especially considering we were traveling with our one year old son and our dog. The gated pool and crib were just a couple of the great kid friendly features. We would definitely recommend staying here!!
