The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you used the outdoor cushions, please return them as you found them (in the black garbage bags and back inside the grey tote).
All used towels can be put into the laundry baskets that are in each rooms closet.
Please leave all used beds unmade.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Our pool cleaner comes every Tuesday.
If you are at the house on Thursday night, please set out both trash bins (the recycle and garbage). Trash is picked up before 6am on Fridays.
SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. No lifeguard on duty. The owner/host is not liable for accidents or injuries. Guests are responsible for their own safety.

This property and the host are GEMS! 4 adults down for some spring training baseball and sunshine... this property did not disappoint. Clean, fully stocked kitchen and an outdoor oasis. Coming home in the afternoon, we spent most of our time in the pool and gorgeous patio area. Close to stores and a nice walking trail steps away. We give this one 5 stars.

Beautifully updated home! We very much enjoyed our stay while visiting Peoria for Spring Training to cheer on our Mariners. My daughter enjoyed the heated pool every night. The home was very clean and full of thoughtful details. Keurig coffee maker with stocked options was great. Lots of very nice touches added to our fun stay. We will return!

It was a perfect home for me and my family to stay at this Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, the backyard pool, fire pit and table give ample space for us to host the dinner with my extended family. And I even got to beat my brother at Corn Hole! Everything was clean and organized and I'd love to stay here again when I return to Phoenix.

Absolutely one of the best homes we’ve stayed in! It’s not very big but it has loads personal touches. The owners went the extra mile with the remodel. It’s so cute, clean, and homey! It was well stocked with everything you might need away from home. Above and beyond! I have a pool of my own so I’m always aware of whether the water is balanced or not…. It was perfect and clean! If we come back to this area, we will definitely stay again! Bravo!

This is a quiet neighborhood that is centrally located. Anything and everything is only a 5-20 minute drive away.

What makes this property unique

The outdoor space of this home is where the magic is!! It has a large heated pool with cool decking, a great covered patio area with a dining table that seats 8, and extra seating around the propane firepit. To make your stay more comfortable, we have provided pool floaties, noodles, and toys to enjoy while swimming in your private pool in the Arizona sunshine. For added security, an alarm is positioned on the slider door to let people know when it has been opened. Our home has been recently updated with new, white tile throughout, renovated bathrooms and kitchen, and all new furniture and furnishings. A designated coffee bar with complimentary coffee, tea, creamers, and sweetners are also located in the home. There are extra linens, towels, bedding, and other essentials for our guests to use and enjoy. There are also two extra queen air mattresses for our guests to use.
