Congratulations! You've found Serenity, which is located on one of the top ten beaches in the world! Navarre Beach, with its beautiful white sand and emerald water, is the dream location for the perfect beach vacation. Serenity, our 1800 square feet, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo, is right on the beach with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. This first floor condo with easy beach access is newly remodeled with families and couples in mind.

There is a spacious great room for group gatherings and game or movie nights on the 65" 4K TV. Every bedroom has a 55" 4K TV. The main master and the second master each have King beds, while the third bedroom has two Queen beds, so the condo can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

The kitchen is open to the great room with an amazing view of the beach and the ocean. You can cook up a scrumptious meal, enjoy the awesome view, and still be part of what's going on. Our kitchen is well stocked with what you need for those nights you decide to stay in and fix your own meal, including a big ol' stock pot we have used many times ourselves for a tasty shrimp boil!

This was perfect for our family! Beautiful beachfront view, super convenient location all around, easy to check in, and clean. We loved the board games to play with my nephews, had extra blankets to make a playmat for my baby, the beds were comfortable, and the balcony was a favorite spot for all of us. We will definitely be back!

This condo was lovely in all ways! Clean and kitchen well appointed, didn’t find an item she didn’t have that we needed and I cooked three different breakfast, from French toast casserole, breakfast casserole and scrambled eggs with all the fixings. Balcony had a terrific view. Looked watching sunrises and the blue green water, just beautiful.

First Panhandle vacation

We generally stay in the Keys for two weeks in June. Out Granddaughter wanted the Panhandle. While I love the Keys, she made a fantastic decision. One of the best family vacations ever! We will definitely go back. The owners here were so responsive! Excellent vacation

The unit was very comfortable and well-furnished! Great kitchen supplies, DVDs, games, beach towels, books and even including some consumables. Bonnie was very responsive to questions. We all had a great time…From ages 6 to 72.

Very accessible unit

Lovely unit with a nice view of the dunes and the ocean. I have health issues and greatly appreciate how close this unit is to everything. About 10 steps and 30 feet to the pool. Another 30 feet or so to the beach (up a bit of a hill). The unit is perfect for our group of grandparents, kids, and parents.The hosts are always easy to reach. This is our second time renting from them.

Navarre Gem

We enjoy this area, close proximity to a few local eateries and just steps from the pier. With several kids in our family we enjoyed the first floor access for quick in and outs and the view was great. The condo is very spacious, with very comfortable beds and a great open living / dining area. Thanks to Bonnie for a great time, tried several of her recommendations and loved every one.

My husband, Dave, & I (Bonnie) have vacationed along the Florida Panhandle for more than 30 years. After camping and being guests at other people's homes and dreaming for years of having a beach condo of our own, that dream came true on Valentine's Day 2018. Since then, we have been fortunate to host many couples and families at our place and look forward to doing so for many years to come.

Why they chose this property

Serenity is our dream place. We visited Panama City Beach and Destin along the Florida panhandle many times over the years and first visited Navarre Beach in 2012 and absolutely fell in love. It's a beautiful area and quieter and calmer than PCB, Destin, and Pensacola, but still close enough to easily reach if we want to go there for a change of pace.

We picked Serenity in the Navarre Beach Regency because of the first floor location, its ease of access to the beach, and the special protected areas (Gulf Islands National Seashore) surrounding the developed areas of Navarre Beach. The pool is easy to reach and can be seen from the balcony, but not so close that the typical pool noise is bothersome. Serenity is ideal for those who want to easy access to the beach or pool.

What makes this property unique

Serenity's first floor location is perfect. You don't have to get on an elevator to reach the beach or pool. It's a short walk just down the walkway. When you're done at the beach or pool, there is a storage area near the beach/pool access where toys can be stored. This eases the hauling of stuff back and forth to the beach tremendously.

We also have a covered parking space close to the elevators, which is great for keeping your car cool during the summer months.
