Enjoy a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Fishing Pier from the 7th-floor balcony at Beach Colony East, a gated community. Step into Your Happy Place, a 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo situated just off the breezeway. You'll be greeted by impressive ocean views upon walking in. With a beach motif, this unit is designed to be family friendly, with amenities for the young and the more experienced. Covered parking available on site and less than a 5-min walk to the pier and restaurants.

This furnished, pristine unit includes all the comforts of home:

• Plenty of Comfortable Seating in Living Area

• Flat screen HDTVs in living room and bedrooms.

• Fully Equipped Kitchen with granite countertops AND separate ice maker.

• Full-size Washer and Dryer

• Large Step-In Showers in Master bath and Guest Bath 2; Shower/tub combo in Guest Bath 3.

• Six-day beach service of 2 chairs and umbrella, March thru October ($200 dollar value)

• Sand toys/Boogie Boards available in the unit

• Keyless Entry

The Condo will accommodate 8 People:

• King-size Bed in Master Suite -- sleeps 2

• Queen Size Bed in Guest Bedroom 2

• 2 Sets Twin Bunkbeds Bedroom 3 -- sleeps 4, each level rated to 375 lbs.

The host was great! This condo was the most beautiful I have ever seen. We felt so comfortable and relaxed and homie here. The views from the balcony is amazing and even from the toilet ha! Very well stocked. It has books, games, beach towels and beach chairs and all the other beach stuff. Lots of real for plenty of people. Must stay here.

We had an amazing stay, the condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The check in/out process was super easy and the owners went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we might need including a separate ice maker which was wonderful for packing a cooler to take down to the beach. The condo had plenty of space for our family and all the beds were very comfortable. We have stayed in Navarre a number of times and this condo was the nicest by far, would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing

We enjoyed a wonderful relaxing week in this condo. Furniture was comfortable, had all the kitchen supplies you could need for cooking, and plenty of space for our family. Host was great, replied so quickly with any questions. The view and balcony were perfect!

Great Condo

Nice clean condo steps away from the beach & pool. Would definitely stay again. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 children. Ice maker in room definitely a plus!

Great place!!

Great place to stay. The condo was setup with everything needed. However the washer and dryer needs replaced and also the jacuzzi jets do not work.

Paradise in Navarre

Our family of 5 could not have been happier with our experience. The condo is beautiful, well stocked, clean and has the most spectacular views of the gulf! We have stayed at many condos over the years and this place far exceeds any of our other destinations. The host is very responsive and you can tell takes great pride in maintaining this condo. I think we may have found a new beach destination that we will be coming back to!

Great Condo !!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo ! Two of the three bathrooms were updated. The combo has everything we needed from boogie boards, beach towels and all the necessary furnishings ! We loved the patio and the view . Thank you for having patio furniture to accommodate a family of 8 !!

この宿泊施設の特徴

We love being able to walk to the Pier and restaurants for a quick fishing trip or bite to eat. (It's close enough even the 5 year old doesn't complain about the 5 minute jaunt!) Covered parking is also a huge bonus - it's hot enough without having to hop into a sweltering car.
