Great new property that was located very close to Rocky, Mountain National Park and also downtown Estes Park. Had everything we needed, comfortable beds, washer dryer bbq and garage. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the area and the home.
We had a wonderful time on our recent trip to Estes Park. We spent a lot of time in town and Rocky Mountain National Park. The house was perfect for us. It is beautiful and in a great location close to town and RMNP. We would definitely love to stay in the house again!
We enjoyed our week in Estes Park. The property was perfect for our family of 5. It had everything we needed for our stay. The view was amazing and the location was perfect. It was just far enough from town to not have crowds and was only a couple of minutes from the south entrance to RMNP. We would recommend this location to anyone.

Thank you for the nice review and please come again.
Traveled with niece and nephew for a quick trip to see RMNP and look at the leaves. House was perfect distance from town, close to park entrance. Love the area, nice back open area with pretty good views of the mountains behind. Enjoyed sitting on the patio relaxing. Very clean, well taken care of. Would definitely stay here again!!
Beautiful home. Plenty of room so we weren’t crowded. Beautifully decorated and so clean. My only suggestion would be a marker at the driveway entrance so those like me don’t miss it.
Some cleanliness issues in the upstairs bathroom, check in was interesting. It was difficult finding the place and hard to find it at night when there was no lights.
This property is perfect on every level! Clean, comfortable, stunning views, close to town and Rocky Mountain National Park, and very affordable! It was our 2nd stay in Estes Park but our 1st time staying here. We will most definitely be coming back and reserving this beautiful location!
The house was perfect for us. One night we had elk in the backyard and the night day they were across the street. No need to drive to the national park for wildlife watching.
The place was beautiful. The house was clean and well stocked. Loved everything about it.

Beautiful New Place in Great Location
We thought this was a beautiful rental. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the location was very convenient. We didn't have any really issues with the place except the check-in/check-out process. No one ever contacted us ahead of time to let us know that we needed to pickup a key downtown (~10 minute drive) and drop it off when we leave. This was very inconvenient compared to the other 3 rentals we had on this trip that had lockboxes or keyless entry. This could be a simple fix.
Our family of 6 were perfectly comfortable. Everyone had their own bed. The home was clean and well-cared-for. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. We had no complaints.
The house was great for our needs. It felt new and clean and the bedroom layout was perfect for a family of three, plus Grandma. The beds were comfortable and the finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. The duplex neighbors were quiet and we enjoyed the beautiful view from the back porch - lots of birds, prairie dogs, and an elk! It's also a good location for exploring the park. The only suggestion is an upgrade to the kitchen equipment. Like with many rentals, the pans were scratched and a new cutting board and cooking utensils would make this rental perfect.
This twin home property was so nice to stay in. This was the first time we had a garage available, which was great! The house itself was nice & clean & very peaceful. The beds were comfortable & bedrooms very quiet. The windows facing the mountains made a great place to sit & just relax.
I loved the kitchen, which was very functional for all the meals we ate there. The kitchen was well stocked with items we needed, from pans, to a crockpot & dishes.
Being so close to the Beaver Meadow entrance to RMNP was convenient. We really did not need to go through the downtown to get around & were able to use the "back roads" to get wherever we needed to go.
If you need a quiet get away, a place to watch the stars & the mountains, this was a great home for all of that.
We all loved staying here for the week! Thank you!
We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful townhome in Estes park! It was an ideal location, so close to town and the RMNP entrance. The inside is beautiful and has a perfect layout for adults and families! There was a pack n play which was so helpful for us. The view out back is amazing and we could see so many stars at night. We will be back and couldn’t have picked a better place!
Beautiful new place with everything we needed for our comfort. Easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park where we enjoyed lost of hikes that everyone enjoyed (adults and kids ages 13 and 10).
Wonderful experience! Nice, clean & roomy! Beautiful views from living room, kitchen and patio. Would definitely stay again- very close to the park & town. Would recommend to anyone!
Wonderful stay. Great location midway between the RMNP entrance and the downtown area of Estes. The house had everything we could have needed. Lots of Elk roamed through the backyard. Just an exceptional stay.
